The room was clean and nice! Nikki was nice (check in associate). I was irritated initially because Booking.com sent me a confirmation number, but they did not have my room confirmed. I wondered what happened! I use Booking.com a lot and never had an issue. Nevertheless, I paid the room rate which was not bad given a suite. I felt safe and secure. I plan to return.

There were no frying pans or utensils for a suite. The bedding was minimal and small but adequate. The television was hard to figure out initially, but someone must have been playing video games making it hard to operate. Lastly, the front desk was empty at times. Someone should always be present. A shade or aluminum closure was pulled down, while customers are being watched on camera. Very confusing entry with kiosk to use I believe if after hours. There is no breakfast. I don't believe there was a pool, but a gym, vending machine, and laundromat on site. Those are my main concerns.

Kellie-Kiara-Nicole are wonderful! The staff is very understanding and helpful. I and my pup felt comfortable, safe and secure staying at this location! My stay was longer than anticipated because of waiting on a new career offer, so I appreciated the flexibility. Wonderful staff, Great location! #FormerRoom126 :-)

The grounds unfortunately are not kept clean NOT because of the staff but because of the people staying here and leaving trash outdoors. It's an embarrassment to professional people that stay here and call it home, for a short-term stay. The walls and ceilings are too thin, need additional sound barrier in newer locations that open. There is/was an awful sour smell on one side of the hotel, first floor, that just would not go away. It's advertised that coffee is available, but it is not; that would be a great addition to have coffee and tea as an option.

I reserved my room for another week ..But when I went to pay, she told me someone book the room month before..And that I couldn't do anything about it ..She claim someone was supposed to tell me that morning..But I was told different when I called that same morning..Tbh I was more upset because it was last minute and I just got off work ..It's hard to get a good room,last minute at a good price..

Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was great. Josiah was always helpful and accommodating. Very busy with Junior Olympic participants and families but worked hard to accommodate everyone's needs.

We enjoyed our stay. No issues.

The manager Nikki was great & there was also a few other staff I don’t know their names but they were great as well my stay was amazing and I definitely will be going back

Everything was fine.

Clean, area was great and surprisingly not too loud to be near the airport

Walls we’re almost paper thin I could hear a couple my first night which led to zero sleep

The staff was great and professional and the location was great.

I was a little shocked that there were no pots, pans, cups, silverware or iron and board.

Clean rooms. Clean laundry room. Full size refrigerator. Friendly staff.

The elevator was broken often.

Comfortable bed, safe Location, great parking & friendly staff.

Once I left the shower, I realized it wasn’t any carpet any I was slipping on the floor. That’s not safe. One of the beds sat entirely to close to the AC unit and I was only able to access the bed from one side.

Staff is nice, could use a little bit cleanliness in the hallways and elevator daily.

Coffee machine is broken and hallways need more attention
