Great location - near the airport and also close to family I came to visit. My check in and check out were very easy. The people who worked at the hotel were all very nice. They were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

There were some things that needed to be fixed in the room: my room door wouldn't lock, the toilet seat was loose; the dresser drawer was off tract and the face bowl was draining slowly. I reported the problems to the front desk before I left for the day and they were repaired by the time I returned in the evening. So, they were taken care of promptly.

Especially loved how clean our room was. Housekeeping staff is to be commended. As a former housekeeper I was truly impressed. Entire facility was clean and staff friendly. Even with hundreds of high school wrestlers the noise level was low. Breakfast was very goid.

The hotel was clean and so were the rooms.

Checking in. The first day of checking in the receptionist was rude. I was trying to get my card out and transfer funds to a certain card I wanted to lose and she was really rushy, Sucking her teeth.

It’s always clean and quiet. Very convenient area and the staff are SUPER nice. Also, my husband was was on crutches, and the lady at the front desk made a call to her manager and accommodated us by finding a room a the first floor

The property is good and clean and this is the 4th time I have stayed there as my grandson is a student at High Point University. Will stay there again!

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The room size was amazing and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need at your convience. The bed was comfortable. Definitely will be coming back again! Thanks for everything

The parking during the time we was there was somewhat overcrowded at night. However, the staff made sure that we were safe and that we had everything that we needed.

Breakfast was just ok. There were some stains on the bathroom wall I used Lysol wipe to clean. Wasn't a big deal just something I noticed.

Parents with children under 18yrs old need to be present with them during breakfast. One morning at breakfast it was 5 children that kept going back taking their bare hands loading their shirts and pockets with food. The worker stood back and watched, she had to replenish the food more than once so that other guest could eat. My husband & I went and bought breakfast somewhere else.

It's pretty quiet overall during day at night everyone comes in so it's a little noise but not bad

Was very disappointed that pool was listed but was not open. This is something that should be noted. I travel at least once a month for work, and this is something that that i will have to consider before staying again.
