Perfect location for us. The breakfast buffet was convenient and plentiful. The omelet station was outstanding. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

We would have preferred queen beds instead of double beds for a little more room. One person in our group decided to sleep on the couch for more room. Unfortunately, the AI housekeeping service was never answered and housekeepers did not speak English, so we waited 2 days and then asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Up until then, hubby was wearing a winter coat to bed.

breakfast was a good mix of choices from yogurts to oatmeal, fruit, proteins, - the made to order omelet station was amazing - Coffee was soso - very nice staff- some did not speak english, so there was a bit of communication issue, but got resolved. Front desk staff was helpful. Also great hot water for showering. and Happy hour is a nice bonus.

furniture in room needs updating or at least cleaning. (stained and worn) So do the hallways carpeting (4th floor) - No business center - needed to use printer, (hidden away in the gift shop but could only use if you had a smartphone and i was working with a laptop.

Our toilette seat was old and damaged; so many scratches; a real turnoff. I have never experienced this before and felt it was unsanitary; room 514. Having to ask for towels since I registered five people, 3 adults and 2 children. Stayed two nights had to request towels both nights. The automated phone request for them did not work. We actually had to go down to the front desk and request them.

The breakfast was worth the stay. We booked a few days to see the Science Museum, the Children's Museum, and family. Knowing that a good breakfast was covered really helped budget for the trip. The hotel was very close to all the things we planned to see. It turned out to be a great trip with many memories.

The coldest indoor pool for no reason. It was not even enjoyable. My kids lips were turning blue and they get got in the water to say they went to the pool. It was too cold and made the pool more like a decoration than anything anyone could use.

The outside property was clean and safe. Inside the lobby was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was well stocked and we appreciated the omelet bar. The room we had was very nice but the bathroom was a bit dated and needed some extra detail paid to make it really clean.

We did not like that our room was only cleaned one of the two days we were there. Also we did not like that there was no security or people around the breakfast to keep children from running through between the rows and by the food or at least tell them to not be running. The pool was nice but we could not use it because kids took it over.

We loved the breakfast!The omelettes were so delicious, the cook making them was so nice! All of the people we encountered at this hotel were super friendly and nice. We enjoyed the manager’s reception in the evening very much!

The bed, as well as the pull out couch, were VERY hard and uncomfortable. All of our backs hurt quite a bit the next day. And the toilet stopped up, and needed to be plunged. Apparently, this must be a consistent problem for this hotel, as it is one of the phone system’s numbered options that one can call about on their phone operator menu. Although the rooms are spacious, they really need to be updated and refurbished with new mattresses and fixtures.

They really need to consider updating the furniture. It’s a little dark and the furniture is in there for years. In order to be competitive with the newer facility, you’ve got update sometime and it’s way past time for them to update the furniture, their rugs, etc. also paint the walls to make it feel more cheerful

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The happy hour was nice too and the free drinks made it great. The location was beautiful!

The suite was nice but the carpet was very dirty and had various dark spots all over. The windows were dirty with debris that you can see when you look outside.

The size of the room, the quietness, and the breakfast.

The desk clerk wasn't informative. She just handed me the room key and took my money. Not telling me where the room was located, where the elevator was located, didn't state the check out time, the wifi password, breakfast time etc. I had to ask her all this info. I'm use to the desk person explaining this information as I check out.

The staff was great and breakfast was amazing

I used booking.com pay with affirm to try to pay for room however when I got there I had to use another payment method. I would hope in the future If booking with booking.com and paying with affirm that they would pay the hotel as expected because I had to make adjustments to accommodate this unexpected expense
