The staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The decor design was beautiful and welcoming. The bed and bedding felt luxe and comfortable

The beverage/coffee set up in the room. I would have preferred there be tea and coffee instead of the current machine. It would be nice if the room had a quality control check. Part of the light blocking curtain was loose from the track making it difficult to open as well as giving the poor impression. The door to the room was difficult to open and close. You had to push hard against it to get it to close and push your full weight against it to get it open wide enough to bring in your luggage.

The front desk clerk was chill, knowledgeable, and upbeat. The lobby, halls, and room were super clean, quiet, and had style. The bath and room were well lit, and had everything right where it was needed: hair dryer, makeup cloth and makeup remover, soap, etc. Large TV, desk area with velvet stools, decent size fridge, espresso machine, robe and slippers. Blackout curtains and sheers were nice to have. Quick meal, adult drink options, and denim souvenirs in gift shop area. Vintage drink menu at bar. Sleek lobby w/lemon water was great for summer.

The shower door kept rolling open about a foot. The hot and cold were reversed on the sink faucet. My door stuck a little. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Staff SO friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful. They anticipated needs--fixed a double booking mistake I made, offered a tray/napkins/utensils to carry dinner upstairs, even offering me a caffeine drink for the road at early checkout. Love the mid-century modern pop and minimalistic denim-themed decor. Espresso machine and bottled water's a lifesafer, as were snack and drink options downstairs. Close to downtown, near UNC-G. The pump shower gels in the shower, and placement of bath essentials and towels was well thought out. Plenty of perfectly placed outlets for charging electronics. The chair and table for watching TV, eating, or work. Loved the room's lighting options, the denim robe and slippers(!) and decent working AC.

Shower door was unusually heavy, sticky to roll open. Wifi a little clunky at first. Took a min for water to heat up.

It was really clean and comfortable it was very nice I wish the food menu was bigger though because pregnant self wanted more food 😂but other than it was great the 2nd floor hallway did smell a little funny but the art and theme were very nice and then again I’m pregnant so what I might have smelled others might not have smelled that but I definitely give this hotel 10/10

With my daughter playing college soccer in Greensboro, we’ve stayed here several times over the past few years. Love the location…close to campus & many restaurants. We love the funky denim decor, comfy beds & pillows, friendly staff & you get a poker chip per adult for a free beer or glass of wine at check in!

The coffee in the lobby was luke warm at best. This is the second time we’ve had a leak of some kind. One time from the AC, this time in the bathroom. They do respond quickly but this should be known & addressed prior to someone checking in.

The hotel was unique and decorated so beautifully! It had a very chic hotel vibe. They really leaned into the denim theme. The complimentary adult beverages upon arrival were a nice touch too. The evening desk clerk had great recommendations for dinner around the area.

There was no one at the front desk until 6:30. When we called the front desk for towels, no one answered. We just reused towels from the night before. Several people trying to check out weren’t happy as well. The breakfast from 6-9 didn’t start until the desk clerk arrived. We later realized the girl sleeping in her car in front of the lobby was the desk clerk! Normally we wouldn’t care about such an early time, but we were on a very tight schedule that morning. Regardless of that little mishap, we would definitely stay again.

When leaving the hotel, my rollator got caught on the tract for the sliding glass door, throwing me and my husband on the floor on our backs. I could not move, so the wonderful front desk clerk and the housekeeper she called to help rolled me onto my side and with sheer power picked me up until I could lean against the wall. My large water bottle had spilled all over the foyer between the 2 sets of sliding doors and as I was apologizing the housekeeper ran to get a mop and she had it clean within 2 minutes. I wish I had gotten their names but I was pretty shaken. Please show them some special appreciation, they deserve it!

The entrance way is not entirely safe for every handicapped conveyance. We were very fortunate that falling onto the top of the rollator, on my back and hitting my head on the floor, I was very dizzy and hurting but it wasn't as bad as it could've been. I was in pain for 2 or 3 days of my vacation but it went away.

Hidden gem. No real curb appeal. If you weren’t familiar with the property, you would have bypassed the property. However, once you walked through the doors, you would have been impressed. Felix Unger clean, eclectic style and decor and the staff, let’s just say, warm & welcoming is my best description.

I would have preferred an actual gym rather than what was provided and an actual bar on site, but both are inconsequential and won’t stop me from reserving again.

I actually loved everything about it! The location was great, breakfast was good, room was amazing.

All of the staff members were amazingggg, except one who worked on the 20th in the afternoon, she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Nobody asked her to work there, she literally brings the hotel down. I’m not sure how any of her co-workers deal with her attitude, take that somewhere else like back to your home. She should not work around people ever.

The room was nice; the bathroom is a little small but works for short stays. The lobby/lounge and decor are great! It's so nice to have a bar to get a glass of wine and snacks. It's great to receive a free beverage for each stay. The selection of wine is good. Johnathan was great! We enjoyed talking with him while we were drinking our wine.
