I liked the cleanliness and tranquility that there is

I didn’t like the treatment that the person who was in the office gave me on 04/12/2024 because the person treated me badly and was making comments about my stay with another person and that I don’t like that they talk about me and in my face bad that person has bad customer service

The comfort of the room & some of the staff was friendly.

The afternoon staff aren't as pleasant. As well for the price I thought the rooms came with refrigerators and microwaves. I realized I paid more for a room that didn't come with the regular amenities of a hotel.

Great location < 5 min walk to beach. Clean, comfortable rooms.

During the 5 nights we stayed, no house keeping visits to our room were made. Not a huge deal, but had to go and hunt someone down on a few occasions to get new towels/floor mat. Even if it had been once every couple of days it would have improved the experience.

Staff were very friendly. Also noted that room had shelf space for refrigerator and microwave, but they had been removed. But didn't need them, and thought the room value was well worth the low price.

The location was great and the staff was wonderful.... I completely loved everything and more....

I just didn't like the fact there was no breakfast.... I probably wouldn't ate anyway but it would have been nice if they would have offered that.....

Close to everything but tucked away enough to not be directly in a high traffic area. Quiet and peaceful.

Bed was squeaky and there were burn holes in the comforter and sheets.

The hotel was nice, and it was quiet.

The hotel staff needs training on how to deal with the disabled and blind. They also need sensitivity training on how to treat the blind and disabled.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty good yet no desk in the room.

A desk in the room or a table to set my laptop on.

Prepared for dog show travelers. Lovely grounds, manicured lawn with dog poo bags and receptacle. Friendly maid staff. Comfy bed.

As single woman traveling alone, checking in, desk clerk loudly announced my room number and location with an unknown man standing 3’ from me, easily heard clerk’s announcement. Very uncomfortable.

The facility was conscious of my stay and the accommodations were great. their prices were reasonable.
