This property was clean and comfortable. The room was very well maintained and the bathroom was in great shape. The bed was comfortable and everything worked (outlet plugs, USB plugs, TV, refrigerator, etc.) This property was much better than your average hotel of the same quality.

Nothing...perfectly happy with this property as-is which is why I give it such a high rating. This property was notably better than most others of the same quality.

The staff were really nice, especially the restaurant area. Dinner and Breakfast staff was very helpful and professional. The food was good as well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower was not working properly but it wasn’t a major problem once you figured out exactly how the knob wanted to turn.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was pretty good. The service time was a bit slow, but simply due to the amount of people working. Otherwise, after a long drive, we didn't want to go out and the food hit the spot. The waitress (also the bartender) was wonderful.

From the day I stopped in I was greeted by Karen at the front desk. All staff I repeat all staff were so fantastic with our grandkids who had some terrible tragedies recently-it was very heartwarming. The gentkeman working Sat at front desk was pleasant and my grandson kept saying how nice he was. The treasure cheat, cookies, hot coffee, cook, waitress, and housekeeping made us all feel as if we were at home there

I called around the area to find a place with a pool as a much needed rest and relax for the kids. Unfortunately the heater was broken, but didnt have the heart to tell them no. Was the only complaint we heard all weekend from others with kids that had expected a heated pool. Too late to cancel and lose all that money after you're already there

Great location, clean and comfortable! Made to order breakfast was unavailable that day for some reason, but the buffet was fine(eggs, bacon, etc.). The coffee was great and nothing beats a quick grab & go breakfast. Niya at the front desk was super hospitable and made us feel right at home.

A little pricey, but still worth a clean & comfy stay.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful. The location was safe and secure. We had an adjoining room and it was very nice when traveling with lots of children.

We didn't realize that we had to pay for breakfast and our kids went down just like any other hotel and started helping themselves. It wasn't until later that we were told that was an extra cost. The hotel staff gave us a discount and did not charge us for the breakfast which was not expected, but much appreciated.

Check in and check out was super easy and pleasant. Pool was refreshing. Had self laundry option which was nice. Hotel was clean.

Housekeeping decided to let herself into my room while I was still asleep after only barely tapping at the door. Checkout was almost 3 hours later…

My room was huge which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks after a long day of driving and emptying the storage unit we had in Greensboro. Staff were so friendly. The warm cookies were the best!

I can't think of anything. We stayed one night and everything was great. I would go back again.

The property was clean. The breakfast was alright. Check in was quick. The front desk lady at check out was so nice

We weren't given our breakfast ticket at check in. The host was not very nice at first and we really didn't get a feeling she wanted to be there. My daughters waffle was cold and hard

Easy to get to from airport… quiet… nice breakfasting … updated in and out.

The Entrance road off the main road is poorly lit, as in not lit at all, and in fact I missed it completely the first time, even though I was following my gps. The property itself is well lit.
