The front desk clerks were friendly and professional. The property was clean at all times. The breakfast area was applicable for complimentary.

The room I stayed in didn’t feel as clean, but I was so tired from our trip to the hospital for the delivery of my Grandbaby, that it didn’t matter, however when I went to take a shower and put out a few self maintenance things, I noticed there was someone else’s clothes hanging out the 2nd drawer and the bathroom door didn’t close completely. I annotated on my app that someone’s clothes was left in my room and within minutes the front desk girl came to get the clothes, but didn’t offer to change our room. I was so tired, I showered and went to sleep. Later that day, we went to the hospital to see our grand baby and when we got back later that night we were so tired that we were ready to go to sleep. The shower was the best, but there was an unclean feeling of the carpet and the bathroom.

I made our reservation online at booking.com, when we arrived the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, could not understand why they wouldn't take cash. Anyway got our keys and went to check out room. OMG, the room was so small we could not even turn around called the front desk and he said that I had booked and economy room, I had printed out my reservation and told him it said nothing about economy, it didn't even have a place to hang out clothes. Anyway we went back down any gave us a Queen which was what I reserved anyway. He was very polite and apologized. Very accommodating young man. Thanks

On Saturday morning I got up to go check out the breakfast, there was another guest there who said the door was locked, so I rang the bell at the desk and this young lady came out and was very rude, said they had shut down breakfast when we still had about 45 minutes. She said it was nothing she could do, so we asked if we at least could get some coffee, she said yes, but acted like we were bothering her. Not a very pleasant person.

Have stayed at that location on our way to Myrtle Beach previously. Extremely accommodating and perfect for our K-9. Breakfast though was not up to standard for such a nice accommodation. Needs improvement. Also why are the commodes so low to the floor. Difficult to stand up and almost impossible for a senior. That definitely needs to be corrected. Thank you for letting me comment

It was very clean.

I didn’t know there was a pet fee. I thought I paid that on booking.com. So it was an extra $75. Also didn’t know there was a $50 deposit. So yeah extra $125 when I got there that I wasn’t expecting.

The sofa in the rooms are VERY HARD TO SIT ON, very out dated the lobby sofas are very comfortable but those in the rooms needs to be up graded BADLY

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. There were ample TV channels, and the heating system worked well. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. It is near lots of shopping and dining. The young man at checked-in was friendly and helpful.

The wifi was a bit spotty, but I could still teach my online classes. I had to position the desk near the room entrance to get a better wifi signal (there was lagging, though). I prefer to use a business center, but this hotel's business center consists of just one desk with a computer in the lobby near the hotel entrance. The breakfast could have been better. Some breakfast items were out of stock on the second morning of our stay.

I made a mistake while booking my stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly while fixing my problem. 10/10 customer service!

Other than only having one pillow, I honestly can’t think of anything negative.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the location. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that the tub has hairs in it. Not sure if is was human or animal. Thankfully I don't sit in tubs, but I did like the size of it.

The property was close to everything and very quiet at night time

I saw a few bugs here and there and the rooms need to be dusted more, wiped down with disinfectant more. There was dog hair and dust

The beds were super comfy and the manager was wonderful! The location was only ten minutes from the Koury Convention Center. There was a nice breakfast selection and the facility was clean. The staff were awesome and made our stay memorable.
