This was a great hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with a shell gas station and a really great pizza place that is walkable or just a very short drive. I would stay at this location again if I go to Greensboro area or right outside of it.

Not much only two things. First the pool was very cold. It was clean though. The other thing not a lot to choose from for Breakfast. It was good, but not a variety like I have seen in other hotels.

Facilities are spacious and clean. The hallways are wide and well-lit, the lobby is spotless and welcoming. Although the rooms are slightly dated in decor, they were spacious, had sufficient space for clothes, people, and extra seating, as well as fridge and sometimes microwave. A/C was good as well as ability to get fresh air from windows. Showers and baths were good. Breakfast is quite simple, but what more do you need than coffee, juice, fruit, cereal; didn't try the other items available. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

I like the way the rooms were set up and the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the availability of a pool and weight room. The generator was not working so we could not get breakfast but due to the circumstances of the weather I understand.

We had wood bugs in the window hanging on a curtain and the rods we had to kill them also not enough parking had to park in the back in the last space available. Backup generator is needed so that breakfast can be made in the morning even if power is limited.

The front desk staff on both night and day shifts were excellent! They were very nice, professional and helpful. The room was spacious, well lit, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was nice. We especially enjoyed the pancakes (and the pancake machine!)The overall location was great, because it is near restaurants and Interstate 40.

Some amenities, like the microwave and fridge, and the shower could definitely use some replacements and upgrades. The shower was ESPECIALLY dangerous, it was slippery (no grab bars or anti- slip protection in the bottom of the tub), and the mirrored shower doors were off their track and wouldn't close properly.

The room was comfortable and large enough to stay for 5 nights while at High Point market plus the shuttle service picked us up. The manager was more than nice and very helpful when we needed something and always smiling. Our air conditioner was replaced without question and worked great, the installers friendly and quick. It was a very nice stay.

We knew the breakfast was continental but I think the option for toast or a bagel would be nice.

Hotel is right off the interstate, near many restaurants and easy to get to downtown High Point and HPU (15 min drive). Staff was friendly and helped us with an early check-in. The breakfast and coffee were good, and the property was very quiet.

Hotel could use a little updating and TLC. It would be great if management could tidy up the outside and entrance to give off a better vibe when you pull up.

Outstanding presence and the guy who checked us in was awesome very polite, patient,friendly and did a amazing job we wanna say thank you and hope he gets recognition from management he made it easy and smooth to get everything wrapped up and get our keys.

The property is essentially located by tons of restaurants and not too far from family fun activities, such as spare time in arcade with laser tag. It was awesome for me and my family to unwind and get to know the High Point and Greensboro area.

The property was great however does still need some renovation. You can tell that they are implementing renovation updates. Currently, the pool could use an update because it is a little smaller than most.

The older gentlemen that works front desk at night deserves a raise! Got in at 2am for checkout & he was very friendly & helpful. Room was also much better than what I was expecting for the price.

T.v was a smart t.v that didn't have a smart remote so couldn't watch anything to go to sleep

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Facility smelled clean even though it was raining out pretty badly there was not the mustiness in the lobby you often get with humid weather. My bed was comfy.

I did not like the oversized jacuzzi tub. Not necessary for the location of this hotel. Halls were super warm.
