From before the time of check-in to check out was exceptional. We called in the morning to ask if they would grant us early check-in, as we arrived earlier than expected. They honored us early check in. Tiffanie checked us in, she was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is centrally located, close to a lot of the main attractions and a wide variety of stores and restaurants. The beds, very comfortable. Even the roll away bed is comfortable! The room was clean. Bathroom clean as well. The central air system was great, can control it to be to the temperature of your choice. The dove products in the bathroom, awesome. A They also supply items such as tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, shaving cream, comb if you need, upon request. Although we didn’t need any of those items, it was a plus that if we needed, it could be provided. Although hotel is located near a busy road, it is quiet. The hotel was nearly sold out when we stayed and it was still quiet. The continental breakfast, hands down, best I’ve had thus far. And we stayed at many hotels. The wide variety of options that were available, excellent! I witnessed the staff continuously keeping it stocked. Note; breakfast is from 6am-10am and it’s truly in full swing during those hours! We honestly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again when we are in town. Deanna was a front desk specialist and she helped us with extra items we needed in the room and with checking out. We booked a standard room with 2 beds. It was not available. We didn’t know that when booking it because it doesn’t alert you online. We found out when we checked it. Deanna told us that next time, when selecting standard room and two beds if the two beds don’t show underneath, they are sold out. Booking.com gave us the credit for the room difference, so it was all good.

The location was convenient to the Greensboro Complex. We travelled with a service dog and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Every interaction we had with staff was great and felt comfortable. We had no trouble connecting to the internet and it was decently fast.The room was spacious and the beds were just right. Super clean rooms, elevators, lobby, and hallways. The breakfast was yummy and even had gluten free options!

There was a convention for DYW at the same time we stayed and there was not a separate area aside from lobby/breakfast area for them to meet. Not terrible, just inconvenient.

I loved how new and bright the hotel was. It felt brand new. The bathroom seemed new and renovated. Great location and staff was very friendly.

Although I had a small stink bug in our room, the lady I asked to come remove it as I was scared did it quickly and very pleasantly and I was good to go. The elevator didn't have a working panel so I didn't know which floor I was moving on but outside of that it was great.

The breakfast tasted good, pillows and bed was comfy, our room had plenty of room for our young family of six.

There was only one lady working the kitchen and she couldn’t keep with the need to refill the items. Majority of the hot items were refilled so we didn’t have hot breakfast. Didn’t like that the pool closed so early…7; one of the main reasons we booked there was for the pool and couldn’t even use it.

It was exceptionally clean and we loved the food and especially because the staff was super nice.

That it did not inform me in advance about when was my reservation was going to end or weather or not I would like to book extra days with them.

Great location nice clean rooms very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast so, can’t speak on that but everything else was really great.

I was told t hat check-in was not until three and there were no rooms available but the morning of my check out I noticed that there were people being offered rooms at 10 AM, if that’s the case it needs to be the same across-the-board.

This hotel was nice, it was in a nice location close to almost everything.

The check-in attendant was rude and unaccomidating. The breakfast could definitely be better. The water was extremely hot, no way to warm it up and the accessible room we were in had no door to the actual bedroom. I'm sure it's meant to be like that but it was not for us.

The location is convenient. Our room was clean and neat. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I would have given 10 stars but the refrigerator in the room was unplugged and draped inside the unit. We had come from dinner and brought left overs. We weren’t able to refrigerate them. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Great hotel, good location! Comfortable. Breakfast was great -- wish you had real half and half for morning coffee. Complementary waters was very much appreciated. Bedding was very comfortable.

The kindest, most helpful front desk staff. The rooms were clean, and the beds were plush and comfortable. Breakfast (included) had a great amount of variety of hot and cold food. I would most definitely stay here again.
