Staff were polite and helpful. Also, breakfast started very early - 6am, which is good if you have to get up early and get going. I also really liked the beds and the couch setup.

My Internet was VERY slow. It was like being on wifi from 1999 - they definitely need to check their Internet setup and make sure all the rooms have fast Wifi. Also, the lighting in my room was not ideal. When it was dark out and no light from outside the window, the room was pretty dark, even with all the lights turned on. My room would have benefitted from an overhead light or a second floor lamp.

Staff at front desk, especially the clerk who was working when we checked in around 5pm on 5/19, we're welcoming and efficient. Room was lovely and cleaner than other Marriotts we've stayed in. We were told this hotel has just been renovated so everything was updated. Only complaint is there was no clock in our room. The one light in the sitting area flickered constantly so that needs addressing, but we forgot to tell the front desk when we departed. Great breakfast. Many choices, both hot and chilled, and dining area very clean.

I really liked the room...it was a good amount of space for the price.. for (1) person. The towels smelled amazing!! really fresh scent, made me feel like they were clean and fresh. the shower looked like it was recently renovated. Had plenty of lighting, the microwave and Mini fridge were an added plus. Located right next to a waffle house ( my favorite breakfast spot) another plus. It was far enough from the main road that you don't hear the traffic too much which made for good sleeping.

Not a real dislike as it will change, but they were undergoing renovations, so the visuals were lacking, a lot of missing carpet, but it's what youd expect during a renovation

Exceptionally clean, great shower, very comfortable bed, good choice of some healthier alternatives for breakfast.

Under renovations, I was made aware prior to stay. However my wall heating unit was very noisy, and I didn’t notice this till 1am. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk at morning check out and told her there was nothing to be done at this hour, she just kept insisting that I should have called down and I could have been moved. No apology, no sympathy. And I kept saying there was no way I was going to change rooms in the middle of the night. She just insisted that I should have changed rooms. I told her that wasn’t something I was prepared to do at 1am.

The location was easy to find and the parking was right in front of the hotel which I appreciated. I was in a room that may have been recently remodeled and was very, very nice. Clean. Attractive. The AC worked well. I like the thermostat on the wall controlling the AC/heat unit, which was great. Everything was sparkling clean and I liked that the tub had a coating on it that was slip proof. The micro and small refrigerator were appreciated and worked well. I was very pleased with my stay in the room. The ice machine was easy to access as well. I give this room a high rating. The staff was very warm and friendly and eager to please. The breakfast had a variety of hot food like eggs and bacon as well as fruit and yogurt and cereal -- plenty to choose from. I also swam in the swimming pool which was heated and very clean and nice and the temperature was warm in the room as well. The towels provided were appreciated.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I appreciated my hotel experience totally.

Very nice lobby, big comfortable suite, very clean. The breakfast offered was the best I’d ever had, great selection of items, definitely not the average. Staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Front desk staff not very friendly. I appreciated finding 2 bottles of water already in frig, wish the guy at desk had told me that when I purchased 2.

The room was newly renovated modern, clean, and the beds were actually comfortable. No smells in the halls oR room, no pets, and breakfast was the clincher for us-we have a traveler with celiac and they had individually packaged gluten free muffins, yogurt and all the fixings for a yogurt parfait as well as hot food bar with eggs/bacon, croissant sandwiches (not GF).

Some construction going on with mess in a section of the parking lot, but parking ample and we'll lit otherwise.

Perfect location right off I40 in quiet neighborhood but close to several restaurants, in walking distance. The room layout worked well for 3, with comfy king for couple and sofa bed for adult son. Breakfast was good, offering fresh hot items plus typical other choices.

No negatives at all!

There is a renovated area upon walking in, but it doesn't affect anything. The room was extremely clean as if it was already renovated. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

-The people above us were stomping early in the morning, as the floors seem thin. Bring ear plugs... -The breakfast area can get loud early in the morning. We heard loud talking and laughing. -The sink was clogged -I was charged $160.00, but booking.com quoted $151.00. (Not a big deal)

The breakfast wasn't bad, but could of been better.

Honestly was disappointed in the breakfast. More personal preference than anything. I like making my own waffle or pancakes at Breakfast. The waffle was prepackaged in a plastic pouch out of a refrigerator. It tasted fine, but wasn't what I was used to.
