Honestly I love it here. Home a way from home. This property is always clean. The breakfast buffet which is free, is delicious. We all hear horror stories about hotels not stripping beds down or neglecting to wash all of the bedding. And just cutting corners in general. Not here! This hotel is priced reasonably, the maids work very hard and they are polite. The front desk staff is welcoming, accommodating and they learn your face and name. The men and women who work at this establishment stay working here for years. That alone is a great sign. This hotel for the quality, comfort, kindness and price point is my first choice over any hotel in this area and it has been for the last 8 years.

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here the past 4 years traveling through the area, and have had to deal with remodeling in the past, for example, no flooring in hallway or elevators, pool not available, but the remodel looks complete. Rooms are very nice, wood floors and updated bathrooms. Breakfast area nice, and good selection of hot and cold items. Looking forward to our next stay here.

There is a restaurant attached, wasn't impressed with the quality of the dinner we had. (We did "carryout" back to our room as they were very busy.)

The location it's a beautiful place breakfast was buffet style love that they are pet friendly I have a dog daughter and they accommodated us well loved staying there can't wait for our next stay place was always clean and I love the smell throughout the hotel

We had our dog daughter(she is a little poodle terrier very friendly dog) in her cage when we left but the maid on our floor (2nd ) floor wouldn't clean our room because of that that was slightly irritating because she was in her cage way out the way we had two adjoining rooms she would only clean the room that didn't have my dog in it

The only thing that was not great was the noise level. People on our hall and outside in the parking lot and convenience store next door were very loud well into the night and early morning. Not the hotels fault. But the walls and doors were very thin.

I just love this hotel. Has a bar for the drinker who just want to unwind and enjoy good food, also a gym for those who want to release stress and stay active. A poor for the kids. A pet friendly facility for your cuddly friendls Even have Sunday service for those who go to church. It like they thought of everything

The ice machine doesn't work on the 2nd 3rd or 4th floor.

I haven't gave a hotel a great rating in a very long time and I must say I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Garden. Everything was awesome from check in, to our stay in the room, to the breakfast the next morning. I loved everything The next morning my family and I were running a little behind checking out and nobody came to harass us or started banging on the door at all telling us to get out. The hotel was clean even the bed was clean. I didn't see hair nowhere and I loved this.... So thank you guys, Keep up the great work.

I loved everything but if y'all could add pancakes and waffles to the breakfast in the morning

We booked this hotel when my mom needed surgery. We arrived before the listed check in time and was able to check into the hotel. Rob was super helpful, super friendly!

There was a sign in the lobby that stated there was guest laundry and a pool. Neither are no longer available. According to what I was told the pool had been "under renovation for the last 3 years". The fitness center was small and none of the machines worked. The back elevator seemed out of date compared to the front elevator.

The room was decent for the family size that I had traveling with me. The beds were big enough for 1 adult and 2 children to sleep on. The breakfast was good, too.

We didn't like the ants. There were ants all around the desk where the tv was located. I know during this time bugs are a problem, but it was too many in the room. Pest control needs to be addressed.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. We were there for High Point furniture Mart. There was a restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was delicious and the service and staff there were very efficient and friendly.

The rooms could use some updating. Our closet was not easy to access, you could open it to hang clothes, but just not easily opened or closed. Water pressure was good, handle to shower was not easy to adjust.

The convenient bar on the 1st level and the breakfast included. Also the location is great

The double beds were not queen beds they were most definitely full beds. Also, the “WiFi” and the TV channels were not a strong signal. I had to use my hotspot for my game to be able to watch tv until I was provided with another WiFi connection
