Everything was great, clean ,the staff was wonderful, breakfast was good if you like bagels and muffins, overall it was wonderful.

It needs more lights outside, it was a little dark around the side and in the back

I liked the layout of the hotel and the facilities. I used the gym both mornings and it was very good. The continental breakfast was pretty good, but my favorite part was they offered oat milk in addition to dairy milk. When traveling it is rare to find non dairy milk offered. That small thing will bring me back for another stay when I'm in the area.

No real complaints. They did charge a $50 refundable security deposit, which I didn't expect and there were some stains on the hallway carpet, Overall very good with a clean room and bathroom.

The kitchen in the lobby is well-organized, featuring neatly arranged shelves filled with a variety of clean, fresh food items. Each shelf is stocked with colorful fruits and vegetables, neatly placed containers of snacks, and an assortment of non-perishable goods, all clearly labeled for easy access. The countertop is spotless, showcasing a selection of cooking utensils and appliances that invite guests to prepare their meals. The overall atmosphere exudes a sense of order and cleanliness, making it an inviting space for anyone looking to grab a bite or prepare a dish.

The room had enough room for 4 people (parents and grown children). The minifridge was very cold and we packed most of our 40 water bottles into it. The in room coffee maker was easy to use and the Wolfgang Puck coffee was good. The bathroom was clean and all the lamps had 3-prong outlets for easy access.

I'm really nitpicking to say these are things, "I didn't like." More like things, "I'd prefer to have." The microwave was an older model with a knob to turn to the desired cook time rather than the digital display we're used to. My daughter burned a muffin thinking she was setting the timer for 15 sec. but turned out to be longer than 2 minutes. The tv didn't have a guide channel (I'm really nitpicking here) to find out what was on each channel, so you had to guess what was on after you tuned in. Not a big deal but just a preference.

The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were very nice. The coffee was delicious and I really appreciated the turkey sausage option (since I don't eat pork) and the eggs were nicely seasoned. Hats off to the cooks. The counters were clean and the food was replenished timely. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The only thing I felt was lacking was not enough handrails in the bath tub. There was only one and it was awkwardly placed. I had difficulty turning in the tub while showering (mobility issues) and trying to step out of the tub, I felt very vulnerable because I didn't have anything to grab onto but I did manage by taking my time to prevent from falling or slipping.

Nice hotel: clean, quiet, great breakfast with delicious coffee. Check in and check-out were both quick and easy. Stayed in a spacious 2 queen room which had 3 chairs, a desk, and a real bench for suitcases. Also had a mini fridge, coffee pot, dresser and closet.

Need BETTER LIDS/CUPS for the coffee. Our coffee lids popped off as soon as we got to our car and wouldn't stay on. Suggestions for an even better breakfast: REAL CREAM for the coffee, hot cocoa mix, instant oatmeal, bacon.

Very clean and quiet. Big TV in the room was nice.

No hot items for breakfast. Even Hamptons have this. Feel that saying "breakfast included" is a little misleading. A little surprised there was not coffee in the room. Found the carpet in the room very tough on the knees when trying to exercise. No padding.

The room was nice and spacious. Though we didn’t want the room to be cleaned every day, the staff would ask us when we were outside the room and if we needed anything.

We are deep sleepers so once asleep it didn’t matter but our room was in-front of were the staff those the laundry and their break room so when we wanted to sleep in a little there was noise outside and the machines going.(door were open to the staff area)

Staff, including cleaning staff, were all incredibly friendly and polite!!! They were all outstanding!!! I needed the staff for a few reasons here and there, and they were all just so great, honestly. I was very impressed.

There were pieces of black hair in the bathroom sink and on the counter. The vent over the shower was very dusty. (I have a dust allergy.) Also, the elevators were incredibly hot and slow.

Location was great. Close to shopping and eating.

The only thing I liked about the breakfast were the muffins and cereal. The bagels were hard and stale. The sausage was cold and rubbery and the coffee was watered.down. The last night there were guests smoking marijuana in the early hours of the morning. The smell came through the door. It made the last night of my stay very uncomfortable. I was surprised since it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.
