The place is extremely beautiful, luxurious & clean... Very friendly & nice, professional staff. The grounds are exquisite & there are gorgeous gardens & common areas. At this price though they should include a very diverse Continental breakfast. We did end up having breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was very very good & much more affordable than expected. The coffee is very good as well. The room was very large, comfortable, luxurious, extremely clean, beautifully furnished & I mean spotless (I am v picky). The only issue that I found with the room was that the windows were locked & you couldn't get fresh air which would have been very nice because the night was cool & fresh. Also, there's no pool which would be very nice while traveling with children. They should offer access to the University pool which I am sure exists. Service was spot on...we had a v small maintenance issue & they sent someone within minutes who resolved the situation immediately. Overall I would say it's a 5 star stay & above. I loved the landscaping which was beautiful, diverse, very well designed & maintained. Parking was no issue either. They do offer some shuttle service probably to the airport & downtown. Didn't have enough time to explore everything, unfortunately. The Elon University campus is very beautiful, too...too bad we didn't have access to the buildings as everything was shut down due to summer break. Overall a very nice & unique experience...it was super cool to learn about this piece of American history I had no idea about. A super exciting find... highly recommend! If you are lucky enough to get here... enjoy every second!!! I really hope to be able to come back...my daughter wants to come to school here in a few years... let's see what happens

Windows didn't open. No pool . That's why I am not giving it a 10.

It is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities! My daughter enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and fruit infused water upon arrival. The rooms are a very nice size. I took advantage of the balcony for looking out at the Elon campus while reading. We also loved the back lounging area with rocking chairs and tables. It was the perfect place to enjoy my coffee and work on my laptop. My daughter and I were visiting for a campus tour, so the Inn at Elon was the perfect place to stay. It is walking distance to the campus and Admissions Building. We will be returning for a visit at the Inn at Elon for the Open House in the fall. We also enjoyed The Marks restaurant inside The Inn at Elon. The food was absolutely delicious and the waitress was so sweet!

I cannot think of anything negative to say, except we only had one bathrobe in our closet when we arrived. Everything else was perfect!

I loved everything about this hidden gem. The location, the staff, the peace and quiet, the room service, the layouts of the room, just about everything. This has become my favorite hotel to stay when I’m in town traveling for work.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I had to change one thing it would honestly be the check out time but besides that I have no complaints.

This hotel was quite fancy. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very roomy. It definitely seemed very higher end. The restroom was roomy and clean.

Breakfast was $12 per person and did not start until 7 a.m. which was too late. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it was further away from our destination than we would have liked.

Beautiful Inn with well designed, comfortable rooms. Perfect location for Elon University visits. Food at the restaurant and bar was great.

Shower was slow draining, but I mentioned it to the desk at check out.

Proximity to Elon University- made it very easy for us to conveniently tour the school. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing and the hotel was generally very clean.

Breakfast coffee was meh

The Mark at Elon restaurant was exceptional with great staff to go along with the food. The facilities were clean and presented very well. the Staff the greeted us were as friendly and knowledgeable as one could hope for. The room was spacious, clean and well presented.

The only two complaints I would make is that the cost of the room was very pricey.

It is such a beautiful place to stay! So many lovely details and amenities make your stay memorable.

Our only complaint is that the TV isn't a smart option that allows for streaming typical viewing platforms. However, that didn't distract from our enjoyment!

Amazing big room, comfortable beds and huge clean modern bathroom. Staff super friendly and helped us with all details of area. Close by downtown restaurants, and also have an incredible restaurant in situ (The Mark).

Great location on the Elon U campus. Comfortable bed, pillows not great. Terrace rooms have a nice outdoor area overlooking fountains.

There was a wedding on the weekend and guest were loud and obnoxious shouting profanity from 11-2:30pm.
