Loved that pillow cases stated firm or soft. Loved the breakfast. Front desk was very helpful with my questions during stay. Close to shopping and my brother's house. Close to the highways and easy to get around town. Loved the little store they had.

I couldn't find an atmosphere in the hotel but there was a bank near by.

I think I was given an upgrade and the breakfast bar was full of good choices.

The water stopper in the jacuzzi tub would not hold in the water, so I had to use a rag and hold my foot over it, which took away from the relaxing experience of a long soak.

I booked a king suite with what was supposed to be a spa tub, and even though it was the room it didn’t work. Also I booked with y’all for the pool and that also was shit down. I feel like I paid a price that I shouldn’t have paid since the reason for booking that specific room didn’t work

Check-in was easy. We had 2 rooms. My granddaughter forgot her air pod in the bed. We called the front desk and asked if they had found it. They went and checked the room and found it for us. They put it in the safe for us to pick up on our way back from vacation. We very much appreciate all their help and hospitality

do not listen to any negative reviews about this place. it was phenomenal! the room was clean. really clean. not a single hair in the bathroom. the carpet was safe to walk on with no shoes. there was Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. did not expect that. def a plus. very comfy bed. staff was amazing. breakfast & coffee wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. price was great too. to anyone with negative comments about this place - total pre Madonna!

The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

My only complaint was that when I checked out, I asked for a business receipt so I could give it to our accountant. Instead, I was given a "receipt" that showed only the price of the room without taxes included or any additional information. I didn't realize this until after I'd left the property.

The breakfast that was offered was wonderful! So many choices. The room was very comfortable. The sheets were super soft.

Apparently, there was a problem with the elevator, and there was no sign on the elevator. I was about to enter the elevator and it started alarming so I stepped off.

Friendly staff and easy check in, extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

You are charged a $100 deposit for incidentals, it is only a hold and will be refunded. ( I'm not sure how long it takes to be refunded) Just be aware of that when booking a room.

The location is easy to find and access from the interstate. Lots of food choices close by. The room itself was a good size and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. They had actual Dove soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo/condition for use in the room!

Nothing I didn’t really like. With renovations going on the directional sizes weren’t always available so the first time going through the halls to the room were a little confusing. However didn’t hear any noise from the renovation during our stay.

The bathroom size was GREAT! Just the extra space made so much difference. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms. We used all 4 beds. All of us slept awful! New beds are in order for sure.

The beds were awful. I think I woke up 4 times. It made for an absolutely exhausting day. We used all four beds in the two rooms we rented and all of us had a difficult night.
