The sheets were exceptionally clean and fluffy, the down comforter was a nice touch. The shower was absolutely beautiful with the stone tiling. It made me feel as though I was home.

The shower was not thoroughly cleaned and the bed frame made a lot of noise. There was no iron or blow dryer which I think would make a great addition to their rooms. The overnight desk staff was very rude and kept insinuating that I was going to break the rules on the property and warning me as though I’ve been a customer who has done that before.

Very clean room. The paint is fresh and clean. No insects. Clean smell. Freshly tiled bathroom. I liked that there was no carpeting on the floor. Had a microwave and small fridge. The bed was extra firm, but I prefer that. The rooms were made up daily. The rooms have basic simple decor but are undergoing upgrades and will be better when new furniture is in. The owners were friendly.

The room.lacked a closet. I assume in the renovations one will be installed. There was no ice machine. The raised planters in front of the rooms mostly are bare dirt and need bushes or flowers. The fridge didn't work, but they replaced it the next day.

I came in from Chesapeake va, Nov.6 bc my son is in Duke University hospital seriously ill. I have had no problem what so ever with anyone. The housekeeper is awesome. She asked daily how my son was (by name).. The front desk no matter who was working asked about him. They were very helpful The construction going on was no bother at all So all the complaining on here is nonsense. . By the way I'm still here. Thanks to the oyo motel employees and crew. Yall are awesome.

Lol NO COFFEE POT

The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious enough, and the bed of the king size, as promised. Everything met the expectations. No weird stuff, no smells. The place is totally fine for a night rest; nothing else to do there.

The staff on check-in wasn't very welcoming. I could guess it related to the experience with some guests, but I was not sure it should have spilled on me. Security deposit terms were unclear, but the deposit was returned immediately after check-out.

How clean the hotel was for the price. Driving up I was concerned with all the rooms being on the ground level but after getting to my room I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was.

The bed was stiffer than anything I was used to but I still got a great night's sleep.

Loved the quiet location and pretty area of town. Could park my car right in front of my room, which was very convenient. The room seemed very recently renovated and especially the bathroom looked quite fancy and brand new. The house keeping was excellent and very attentive and I found the staff to be friendly.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Out of all hotels we stayed in this has been my favorite. Not only was the room perfect, comfortable, cozy and clean, we loved and enjoyed the location. The environment and views are fantastic. There is a nice big tree where we relaxed in and its surrounded by beautiful grass and nature. Its such a nice quite peaceful place. I was a little worried about the deposit but it is returned after. This place is definitely worth the expense.

The breakfast included is just coffee and snacks. It would have been nice to get a full breakfast like the other hotels we stayed in that included eggs and waffles but just for the quality and enjoyment we experience staying here it was worth without.

Cleanliness, personnel was extremely knowledgeable and polite Room was decorated nicely

I was put off when we first pulled into the drive but quickly saw how well everything about the building was well kept.

Clean, quiet location. Comfortable bed & clean room.
