The staff and the facilities are excellent. The beds are brand new and the room was vety clean, spacious and the price was great. Everything was so clean and the indoor pool is perfect for supervised kids. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Through absolutely no fault of the great management and the facilities, they are located only 3 mi from Chapel Hill so VERY far away from downtown Durham. We booked for the price because everything near downtown Durham was either booked or three times the price. Just know that if you are trying to save money you will be either driving or spending money on uber. That said it was still more economical to stay at this location for their price then to stay in downtown Durham. In a similar economic situation we would stay there again.

They have clear no smoking signs throughout the property, which helped create a pleasant atmosphere, especially when you're not feeling your best. The pool area is always well maintained and offers a relaxing environment. Additionally, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms provide a quiet retreat. Highly recommend!

During our stay, we noticed that the elevator closest to our room was out of service when we checked in. However, after consulting with the front desk, we quickly found out that there was another elevator available for use, which made the situation much easier. Overall, it was a smooth experience!

Staff: Terri (i think was her name) Customer service may not be her strong suit. Asking a simple question turned into a tug of war. Simply ridiculous. I'm traveling from another state to an unfamiliar area for number one, my question was simply about checking in and that went from 0 to 6 because i wouldn't allow it to go any further. Thank God she wasn't there when i walked in. To be clear, it was the rep working 3/24 around 1:18 who answered the phone. Other than this incident, everything was great.

Breakfast was good, would like some cheese though, grits packets and maybe some bacon or corned beef hash (not that sausage every time). The coffee cups leaked, learned to double up. But it was nice.

The picture on my TV kept going out, I unplugged cable and plugged it back in, restored it myself. Some flushing problems but ok. Ice melts almost immediately. I didn't have transportation for meals but Expensive store (candy bar & soda $6, $10 frozen, couldn't shop but once...wow). I actually stayed 12 days (7-18), my house is being repaired and I would have loved a nice discount for length of stay, may have to extend a little longer, not sure....however I like it here and will recommend.

I loved the location, because everything was right in that area. Far as breakfast it wasn't alot to choice from but it was pretty good.

The Wfi was terrible. I did have an episode where my neighbor had loud music playing at 4am and woke me up. I called the front desk and next thing I know, I heard the young lady from the front desk out there telling them to turn the music off, and if she got 1 more complaint they would be ask to leave. I loved how she handled it and I give her a 10 star!

We visited Carolina for a couple of campus tours, so I needed a place conveniently located between Chapel Hill and Duke. This place fit the bill 100%. It’s relatively new, well-maintained, with modern furniture, clean linens, and tidy rooms—basically everything you need for an affordable yet comfortable stay. When we arrived, I noticed they had a pool. I knew about it beforehand but completely forgot to pack swimsuits, so we didn’t get to try it. However, it was nice to see that the pool was open to guests, which isn’t always the case at many hotels.

The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn’t great. There was only one decent option (eggs, I think), otherwise it was the usual cheap carb-heavy menu that many hotels offer. Another thing was a smell once you come into the room.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was a good size and nicely decorated with good quality toiletries. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and the area to eat in was spacious and bright. There was an outdoor area to sit also and we used that quite a bit.The staff were very helpful and pleasant and check in was quick and easy and all done with a smile which goes a long way. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing was the WiFi was a bit slow at times .

The room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The location was ideal for our needs. The hot breakfast offered a variety of dishes and beverages and was very satisfying. Staff was very helpful when we arrived late (around 3:30 AM) and still had our room ready for us.

No problems or complaints at all. Highly recommended for travelers needing a single-night stay at a reasonable price. Would gladly stay there again (and probably will, as it is en route to family in the northeast).

Room was very nice, super big, with a great desk to work, very comfortable bed. It was very spacious and decorated with good taste.

Closet was small. Bathroom was not very small but given the size of the room, it could have been a little bigger. It had nice toiletries. Breakfast was not very good. No fruits (apples or bananas would have been great). I didn't like the Styrofoam plates/cups and plastic silverware. I was in room next to the lobby, so it was a little noisy. But not as much as I expected!

We have stayed here many times & plan to return. We had an upgraded room, which was large, comfortable, & clean. We arrived late & and the check-in host was polite & helpful.

Toiletries in bathroom were sparce with 2 very tiny bars of soap on the sink. The pump bottles of body wash & shampoo in the tub were good quality, but we found them a little difficult to use. Breakfast items ran out quickly before the ending time at 9:00. It would be nice if breakfast was extended, especially since check out is 11:00.
