Clean, quiet and comfortable-a very nice place to stay if even only a few hours. We’re a military family traveling with service dog so environment is important to us as a whole. Great breakfast buffet in the morning as well. Very enjoyable.

I know it may sound insignificant but quality paper products are high on my list and I was disappointed in the representation on that subject. For the $$$ we paid to only be able to stay there and sleep under 6 hours it was disappointing to have such crappy paper towels and toilet paper 🤷‍♀️ it is what it is

The breakfast area was clean and setup nicely. It was a good variety of food.

I didn't realize that the bar/restaurant area was located across the walkway at the sister property. That was a little inconvenient as I was traveling with young children and didn't want to take them out into the weather.

Great breakfast, nice staff, good sized room and kitchen, and the hotel was very clean.

The shower knob was very very hard to turn and the shower head dripped onto the metal drain, the noise it made was quite annoying. The couch was worn out. My husband sank in so low he had a hard time getting out of the couch.

Had an indoor pool, really nice lobby area, really clean building and rooms, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The pillows went flat as soon as you laid on them, so maybe something more filling, we both had neck pain the next morning. Same with the mattress, it was very very hard.

Start to finish, the whole experience was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. I was surprised at the size of the breakfast and the variety of food. Really enjoyed the pool.

The markup on the snacks in the marketplace was excessive. We bought 5 items (2 drinks, 2 packages of candy, 1 snack pack of cookies) and it cost more than $15.00. Any actual market would have charged half to one-third the price.

Breakfast was good every morning, stayed 3 days. Location was great, easy to get to airport and back. Lots of food and shopping close by. Very quiet and nice area to stay.

Nothing everything was amazing

The location was in a quiet, green setting. I enjoyed taking a roughly 3/4 mile walk along the sidewalk lining a wooded area to the shopping area. I didn't like seeing the trash in the wooded area, though. The size of the bedroom area was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Both my mom and I slept very well in our queen-sized beds The bathroom was spacious and bathtub and sink area clean. Breakfast was good. Good variety and plentiful. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it is very nice to have. My mother really liked the smell of the soap and shampoo/conditioning products.

My pet peeve when going to a hotel is a dirty air vent (the central air-conditioning/heating vent). It needs to be cleaned. There was so much visible dirt on it. There was an odd side table/desk without a chair in the corner of our room. My mother is older, at age 79. She mentioned that it was difficult to hold onto the silver handicap bar in the front of the bathtub area and access the soap/shampoo/conditioner at the same time. I was a little surprised to see that bar in the front rather than the side along the wall, opposite the side you step into tub.

Everything was great. I wished my stay could have been longer and will definitely be staying at this facility in the near future.

I could hear the traffic from the room I had, and because of the combined hotels it got a little confusing using the elevators and not knowing which side I was ended up on, but I figured it out pretty quickly.
