The staff at the desk were extremely friendly. The lady at the front desk had also picked me up at the airport. She was extremely friendly and cheerful. She accommodated my needs on the first floor and with a quiet room. She was the highlight of my day after a nightmarish day/ flight disruption. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had neat and thoughtful touches (towel folds, and the rose tissue flower… :o

The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that you don’t provide shuttle before 5am. Some of us staying there have early morning flights (mine was at 6am). I didn’t know that until I presented to check out at 4am. Please provide shuttle service for earlier flights! Allow available staff to accommodate needs as feasible.

Hotel was very nice. Clean for the most part.... Somehow some fake eyelashes ended up on my daughter's blanket and we don't wear them.... Could be worse though! Breakfast was very good with a good amount of choices. I saw reviews stating that the airplanes were loud going by... I didn't hear any! Only thing we heard was cleaning service in the morning... Vacuums were loud!

Only thing I didn't like was whatever they put in rooms for the smell.... Super strong and a smell I didn't care much for. Would recommend something vanilla as a common smell most people like.

Fairly convenient to the event venue we were at that evening. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed all the USB outlets throughout the room. Appreciated that they had an indoor pool open year round, as this is a top 3 amenities request of my kids.

Pool was a little less warm than I thought it might be ( but I also don’t recall seeing if it was heated or not on the website) Thought it odd that there was no literature about hotel, nor a Bible in the room; only a notepad and pen. The additional “incidentals” up-charge at check in that takes 3-5 days to refund to my card.

The facilities and room were clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was quiet at night. Plenty of outlets to charge cell phones, etc.

The parking lot is small and we felt lucky to get one of the last spots when we returned in the evening. Also - I agree with another review about the use of processed foods for breakfast. The "eggs" offered here were cold, wet, pre-made omelettes with the consistency of silly-putty. I'm not sure why Holiday Inn would opt for those. Maybe not a big deal, but breakfast definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. ;-)

The hotel itself and the room was very clean. Seems rather newly built.

Staff that I encounter was ok. Upon checking in I greeted the employee as oppose to her greeting me first. Also after swimming in the onsite pool (could use some power washing to remove dirt and grime) I went to my room to shower but realized there were only two towels and there were 4 of us. Front desk informed me that it was a “packed house” and I’d have to wait for towels to dry because they were washing. Alittle frustrating to say the least.

The double charges and changes in price. Booking.com said one price with taxes and now I am being charged way more and it shows twice on my pending charges which is holding up unnecessary funds. I just hope when I clear I don't have multiple charges I have to deal with it. Wasting more time on the phone to hear how it's not whoever's fault. Then to fight to get my money back.

The property is fine. The hotel is fine. Just not the double charges pending and the change from what I booked it for.

I LOVED how clean the entire hotel and rooms where! I loved that it had an indoor pool, that was also very clean! I LOVED how PLEASENT the front desk staff was.

The ONLY two things I didn't , elevator #2 made a bunch of noise while being operated ( thought it was gonna break for a second) and the breakfast could have been a bit better! There wasn't that many pleasent options.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean from check-in to the room. The young lady who checked us in was amazing.

The water pressure was low but nothing to much to complain about. And the hallway on the first floor had a terrible smell but it was probably from the party that was going on cause it was only the 1st floor.

A good location, close to the airport and halfway between my niece's home in Raleigh and my brother's in Durham. My only complaint was low water pressure in the bathroom- maintenance fixed it while I was out. All and all it was a good stay.

Again, low water pressure in the bathroom. Fixed when it was reported.
