The breakfast was hot and good each day, the person that prepared the food was very polite and friendly, I liked everything that they had on for breakfast, I like the quietness in the hotel and the area ,the people were very friendly as well.

This was a very nice hotel, easily located just off the interstate 40. The staff that I dealt with during our four nights stay were all very friendly and helpful. I had specially made a request for a room on as high a floor as possible, and was allocated exactly what I wanted. Thanks! 😁 Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, and had all the facilities that we required. Very comfortable King bed, Nice big quality TV, with all the channels that we wanted, with perfect reception. Breakfast which was included was acceptable, without being outstanding. We used the self service laundry which was very convenient. Car parking was free with plenty of space. Overall, a very pleasant stay. 😊 If ever I visit Raleigh again, I'd have no hesitation about staying here again.

Unfortunately, one fairly minor problem we encountered was there was no plug mechanism in our rooms bathroom sink. We did report it to reception, but it didn't actually get fixed during our stay, which admittedly was two days over a weekend. Mildly inconvenient when trying to have a shave. 😒

Rooms and facilities looked brand new and were cleaned exceptionally well. They had a WiFi router in our room so we had no issues using the internet. The heated indoor pool was open for extended hours. The breakfast had more options then I was expecting including breakfast sausage and egg omelettes, when a lot of hotels don't include real meat or eggs in their breakfast buffets anymore. You can checkout by just dropping off your room key.

The property is clean and very dog friendly! There is a large area in the back of the property for dogs and thankfully it’s clean and grassy and they have doggie poop bags provided for you. The pet fee was only $30.

Our room was on the dim side. The bathroom was very spacious (we had a handicap accessible room) so there was ample room for a wheelchair to maneuver. It was just a little on the dim side. I think the bathroom needs better lighting. But they are going through a renovation so hopefully this is one of the things that will be improved.

Despite knowing renovations were happening, I never felt uncomfortable. If there weren’t signs posted I would have not known. Rooms and property clean. Close to my family I was visiting, staff polite, helpfdul, breakfast was easily accessible.

The pool was great for the children, and our room assignment was perfect for us. Breakfast options were sufficient. The couch bed looked brand new

The property did not disclose about the remodeling construction until AFTER we paid- the noise was incredibly disturbing if you are trying to rest in day hours. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me but some others didn’t mind..

The continental breakfast was basic but nice - there was a different selection of warm breakfast items each day. The location was perfect for the work trip I was on. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and there were Dove pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower,

The walls were thin, and I could hear people talking in the hallway and through the walls of neighboring rooms. The toilet paper was also very thin - a thicker ply would have been nice.

Staff were kind. Room was great. Beds were comfy. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was yummy.

No one manning check in desk. Hot tub bubbles weren't not working great so they dumped enough chlorine in it to kill a horse. Made my throat burn and discolored my daughters shirt.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing was the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. Other than that, no other complaints. Hotel we'll recommended.

Exceptional clean room, pretty quiet area, free breakfast with all options, comfy beds, and is pet friendly (we did not have a pet but saw others enjoying that perk)
