Didn't have breakfast. Hotel was very quiet, safe, and peaceful. Staff wa very welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Our room hosted a view into the wooded area and that was very enjoyable and a pleasant change of scenery.
The only thing that was not good was the bed pillows. No support at all. When you played your head down on them the went flat with no support.(room 219) They need to be replaced. Other than the pillows it was a great stay. We shall return in the future. Thanks to all, Jim Sulser Room

Room and hotel was very clean. Staff at check-in and check-out were excellent. The only complaint was the breakfast buffet, which was deserted. Not a single hotel guest was there eating. I walked over and picked up a coffee cup and immediately a lady came over and asked our room number to charge the breakfast buffet. I was told at check-in that breakfast was included with the room, so I asked her to double-check. The whole situation was upsetting having to practically plead with her so we just left. But not before another guest came down and was also stopped and asked to what room to charge the buffet. She was obviously upset and told the lady her room included breakfast. She put down her plate and was loudly complaining at the front desk. I know now why the buffet was deserted because guests do not like being stopped and recharged for something already paid for. I cannot tell you what was included, but any hot food items had to be cold due to nobody eating. It just ruined an otherwise nice stay. It is usually a fun part of a hotel stay eating with other hotel l guests and kids everywhere enjoying themselves.
Confusion over the breakfast buffet, which is one reason we chose this hotel over others nearby.

It was secluded away from any traffic, tucked back but close to everything!! Zero traffic noise!! Staff extremely friendly, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. We were there for my daughter’s competitive cheer competition at the Dalton Arena, only .3 miles away, so very convenient!
I’m highly allergic to cats. The room we were first assigned smelled like a litter box. The wonderful young lady at the front desk made sure to give us another room that was absolutely perfect, with no animal smells. It was clean and welcoming. The only other issue, which wasn’t really an issue, is that they should have some better lighting in the rooms. It was dim and dull and a little hard for my daughter to prepare herself for the competition. But overall, the stay was wonderful!!

It was very close to the venue we were attending. The staff on the second day were great and helpful.
When we arrived the guy that checked us in was more worried about his conversation on his personal phone than who he was supposed to be taking care of. Pillows were way too feathery and even though it says in the listings that non feather pillows are available when I tried to ask for one because feathers make me congested the lady made a huge deal about me needing to request ahead of time because they only have non feathered rooms. Rooms need a little more lighting. It's a little difficult to get ready because the only well lit area is at the bathroom sink and kind of difficult to get close to the mirror if you are short.

The style of our room, it didn’t feel too modern as like most nice hotels now of days. The hotel cares, the comfort of the bed was the best bed I have ever slept on in my life. The pillows were quality pillows. On top of that there was a big tv with up to date tech everything you want Netflix, Hulu and much more. At other hotels that were more expensive than my stay here the room would be very modern and sleek for the aesthetic. The tv’s there would be cable and you couldn’t access Netflix and stuff like that. The beds are not as high quality and the staff was not nearly as good. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at by a long shot and if we ever go back to pnc arena we will gladly be staying there again.

Location within easy walking distance to the PNC Arena. Spacious rooms
The “bar” area had limited comfortable seating. Breakfast was not included nor were there any types of food to enjoy with my alcoholic beverage so bailed on both. Seemed rather stingy for the price of the room. Did not like the fact that bottled water had to be purchased. Nothing really “complimentary” aside from the lobby coffee (which was very good). It would be nice to have a couple of small bottles of water in the fridge in the room. Rooms had “harsh” bright white lighting instead of “warm” light. The alarm clock went off at 6am—I hadn’t touched the clock so it was a bit of a rude awakening.

Great location, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved that the bathroom was separate from the bathroom sink. Also, the little sink area by the fridge was a plus. In addition, the multiple chairs made it easy to relax after a long day without having to utilize the bed.
The one drawback was there was not a microwave oven in the room. And a suggestion as it pertains to booking through a 3rd party site such as Booking.com. We purchased a room with breakfast included which we were under the impression covered all the individuals in the room. The desk clerk said it only covered 2 of us and we would have to pay for our son. There was nothing we saw that stated that. If that's the case it should be made explicitly clear. Not in fine print somewhere, that we know no one reads in most cases.

The location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The staff people were helpful and friendly.
The room was spacious, but we did not like how close the beds were to the bathroom. Also, there was no door at the sink and closet area. If someone was getting ready while someone else was sleeping, the light was shining in his or her face.

Disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast. My granddaughter was with us and we would have liked to shared breakfast before we checked out. Other comparable hotels have complementary breakfast. I also have 2 small dogs who travel with me and they were not welcome at your hotel. Insulting!
Charge for breakfast was a cheap shot. Disappointing that such a really lovely hotel can’t afford to offer complementary breakfast! Your no pets welcome is insulting and behind times.

Staff at front desk and Roxanne in the restaurant were all top notch. Great people - helpful, personable, friendly and professional.
Did not like the lighting in the room. The overall lighting is insufficient because it's all LED, but the bathroom is the worst. At least for a woman trying to apply makeup - it just doesn't work - you really can't see the makeup you're trying to apply. The LED lighting surrounding the mirror looks nice but is not good in terms of giving adequate light.
