They are always polite and helpful. The room is always clean.

I didn't like the fact there are only 2 handicapped parking spaced and one has been converted to recharge electric cars. I am disabled and need an elevator for anything above 1st floor.....because 1 handicapped space was in use and the other had an electric car in it. I had to park at the end of the building and walk with my walking stick up 3 flights of stairs to reach my room. They very definitely need more handicapped spaces and somewhere else for electric cars to park and recharge.

Staff was very understandable very accommodating with the things that needed in the room housekeeping came and clean the room

Honestly I cannot say that I didn't like anything because the place itself is at a good location it's just the people that stay there is what make it bad but the owners and his workers are very sweet and nice the price is good 😊@

The rooms are large and clean. The handicapped room downstairs was wonderful with the roll in shower. The workers are friendly, kind, and very helpful.

I will have to admit that it wasn't perfect. There is a wiring box open in the bathroom that should be secured with screws to prevent someone from being stupid and getting an electrical shock. However, if someone is dumb enough to touch electric wiring then well.... Stupid is as stupid does!

Elevator and smoking room

Ice only on first floor and elevator on the opposite side of building but not too big of a deal

everything , bed was comfortable , kids really enjoyed their stay

it seem to be connected to a dealership or some what but, it seems to take a lot of parks , so you have to go all the way around to find a nice park

The property is close to my working location. It is clean and not as noisy as previous hotels I have stayed at. The staff are courteous and respectful. They are understanding and treat their with the utmost care!

Felt a little unsafe and the battery was hanging out of the smoke detector.

I like the location closeness to my work the price locally is competitive with the competition

The prices are good but they go up and down too often I would prefer to see a little more consistency and the room rates name things that I also would like it you can enter the lobby to pay instead of the night window

It was good value for the price

We had a bug in the room. I thought it was a water bug, Sidney said it was a roach. It was a little run down but what can you expect for that price. I am satisfied
