The hotel is very well located, close to downtown, the Capitol and the Museum of Natural Science. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was well designed and clean. I really liked the style of the hotel all up: modern design, a little bit offbeat. All up, we had an excellent stay. Special kudo to the barman who I watched the Paris Olympic with. Very nice guy!

Breakfasts are very standard American breakfasts. Coffee tastes so-so. Could be better. I think that they could improve this part of the experience.

The hotel and the room were all beautifully updated. The bed was comfy and pillows were great.That location is OK, it is a short scooter ride to most restaurants and bars. The bar right across the street was very nice. We sat outside on a beautiful evening to have a drink. We were pleasantly surprised that rally was such a beautiful and clean city and can’t wait to go back! Great restaurants from our stay included the Morning Times, the Big Easy, Taverna Agora and Parkside Restaurant. The Red Hat amphitheater was truly amazing.

There is no closet in the room but the room is a pretty good overall size. Our coffee machine was broken but the staff quickly came to the rescue with a new machine and more coffee for us. Also we would’ve liked to open a window in the room but windows do not open.

Everything was wonderful! The view was excellent. The staff were friendly helpful and kind! The restaurant staff were exceptionally hospitable and made my daughter’s birthday amazing. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was also in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and the city of Raleigh.

Paying for parking was the only downside.

The parking garage situation was very odd and I think the hotel in general was over-priced for what it is.

The room could have used a deep cleaning. I dropped something on the floor and discovered lots of dust and old food. The rooms are great design and the beds are comfy. Love the pillow selection.

Raleigh is a beautiful, walkable city. You'll pay a little more to reach it from the Casso, but I found it worthwhile. A perfect place to start the day and end it. Great service, fantastic food, Goldilocks bed. The front desk is very helpful as well.

Perfect location for our visit with family. Great location for walking around Raleigh.

It was close to train tracks, but that really wasn’t a big deal

The decor and fittings are wonderful. It is clearly either brand new or recently fully renovated. Spotless, and nothing even slightly in disrepair. I also loved that they had a steamer rather than an iron!

The shape of the room was a little odd, making it hard to maneuver through. Because the room was small and irregularly shaped and with no closet, I ended up having to open my suitcase right next to my bed which meant it was kinda always in the way. The style of the "closet" area is really cute, but not super functional.

Greaat location for us, unique and very pleasant decor. Very friendly fronk desk service.

No breakfast included. Ventilation/airconditioning fan somewhat noisy.
