Excellent location.

The first night, a couple next door was fighting and cursing most of the night, and the police were called. When other hotel guests and I complained to the person working the reception desk, she was rude and condescending. She acted like it was our fault for complaining. The situation went on for hours before the police came, causing us to spend a sleepless night. The same receptionist was rude to me on multiple days.

The morning clerk was the best, totally professional and extremely courteous. The rooms were big and super clean.

The hotel desk clerk said that there was no extra bedding because the workers had left. After he said that, I saw more cleaners and workers in the building. That was a minus for me. All the hotel that I have stayed in, the desk clerks had the keys to laundry room. Why didn't this desk clerk?? The elevator needs a serious upgrade, entirely to slow. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. I usually stay in better hotels than this, no less than 3-4 stars. I like the location, but the hotel has go down a bit since I last stayed there

The professional staff,clean room close to where I had to go.

How I had to change my room because toilet did not work,Then new room had someone it it already,So I had to be assigned a third room.People actually hung outside smoking dope all around the building so unsafe in my opinion,if I could have afford to just walk out the booking I would have.

Location was v convenient, less then 10 minute drive into downtown Raleigh. The price was excellent for the room we got and the staff were friendly.

There was a smell of stale cigarettes in the room and there was no way to boil water, despite there being tea/coffee in the room. Otherwise you get what you pay for and we had no complaints!

Staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean. It was great location most of the places that we went to were only 5-10 minutes away from the hotel.

The noise was a big issue for me. Every few minutes, I would hear people opening and closing their doors very loudly. I also kept hearing people running up and down the hall at 1 in the morning. So I would recommend bringing some earplugs. I would stay here again despite the noise

The room was clean and comfortable. The snack box in the room was thoughtful and very welcoming. Both the iron and the hairdryer worked well. I appreciated the call to tell me the elevator was out of service before I arrived, and the care taken to get me a good replacement room on the first floor. Walking up stairs would have been very difficult for me.

There was no coffee in the breakroom by the desk when I checked out, as I had to wait for my ride.

. Great location for the event we were attending. The room size was great and the price was good. The young woman who checked us out was very pleasant. She showed exceptional customer service.

The young lady who checked us in was not pleasant at all. I asked for a pen to fill out some info, she pointed to one that was halfway down the counter. I had to ask where the room was located, and she rudely stated it was on the key card. It was actually on the envelope, butI guess it was too much to actually show me. Not a good start to my first stay with Red Roof. The bed was much too soft for my liking. I know that's a personal choice, but hours later my back is still hurting.

I loved the location since the hotel is right off the highway and the comfort of the beds. The room was clean and the beds were very clean. I liked the room amenities because they had everything I needed such as a fridge, microwave, and blow dryer. The hotel was also very quiet and I felt very safe there, which was important because I was traveling alone with my daughter, and we had no problems. Also, 2 out of the 3 employees I interacted with were very nice and hospitable. I also appreciate that they were lenient with my check out time as we ran about 20 mins late. Our stay was great and we will be returning.

I didn’t like the front desk agent that checked me in because she didn’t seem like she wanted to communicate with me at all.

Staff was friendly, fantastic clean and the closeness to NCSU was the best! There were some updates.

People coming in at 12/1am screaming in the halls! Some homeless people.

I couldn’t see the sign from the road at first but after driving to it a few times I got the hang of it.
