The room was very spacious and clean as were the building and grounds. Breakfast was hot each morning and a good variety of items were available.

The interior of the hotel and rooms were a bit outdated, the bathroom especially. The shower was a refurbished jacuzzi tub that was a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and the ceiling looked old and had cracks. Throughout the hallways there were cracks in the light fixtures, wood paneling was chipped, etc. It just looks like the hotel is slowly falling apart and just needs overall touch-up, repairs, and a little facelift.

All staff were friendly and happy to see us. Breakfast was really delicious. Room comfy although bathroom a little tight for my big husband. Bed was nice. Loved the mini Dove soaps! Bottom of tub was slippery when soap was on it. Stepping out can be a little slippery too. Over all, we loved Wingate!

as above. Tub slippery. Didn't know how often sheets get changed. Stayed 6 nights and they weren't changed. Fine with us. We could have requested, I'm sure.

The usual lady at the breakfast area and cleaning around the lobby was charming and spoke to us daily. She complemented me on my pink floral dress the day of our son's wedding. The ladies at the desk both day and evening were very helpful and courteous. They helped with my group of rooms keeping it uncomplicated and accomodated for diffdrent arrivals times. They helped with the TV. Another called Javier on how to use the air-conditioning as the wall unit was not yet connected. The pool was clean and refreshing! The ice machine with filtered water on all floors was very convenient and appreciated. Beds and pillows were so comfy!! The bathroom sinks were high, but we got used to that. Used the frig, microwave, coffee maker a d iron. The noise was minimal, and construction for the remodel was efficient and hardly noticeable. We will return for future visits with our family.

Breakfast could have changed up more. Please add a potatoe?(hasbrowns or fried potatoes) maybe some salsa for the eggs, change up with omelets every other day. Ran out of coffee the one day we did eat there and waited 20+ minutes for it while the two Latino gals laughed and goofed around wildly in the back room. They also ate the food standing up and walking around in the dinning room. Not professional. The usual lady was awesome!!(read above in liked boxed) Consider using refillable shampoo, conditoner, and bodysoap that hang on the wall and shower instead of all the plastic bottles and soaps. It saves the planet, a cost savings for you and more user-friendly and convenient. I consider it an upgrade! A full-length mirror outside of the bathroom would also be helpful.

Staff courteous and helpful with TV issues and air conditioning during remodel. Pool was nice. Beds & pillows were comfy. Remodel was efficient and hardly knew they were working.

The breakfast...minimal and low quality. A potatoe, hashbrowns or fried potatoes would be nice. Waited for coffee for over 20 minutes while the two Latino girls goofed around in the back room. We went out to eat after this. Also, all the little plastic bottles of shampoo soap, etc. Could be more Green friendly.

The room size, room amenities. The gym had everything I needed. General Facilities were always clean. This facility has some of the most professional, helpful, and kind people. The facility was quiet. I got great sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Having such a variety of pillow types was a plus. It was great having access to a refrigerator, freezer, and water heater/coffee pot.

Breakfast options were extremely basic, a la carte. This is not the place for breakfast. But the facilities made up for the poor breakfast options.

I liked the breakfast selections and the coffee served. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The facilities were all very clean and the ice/vending machines were conveniently located.

When we arrived we didn't notice immediately, but there were no bath towels in the room. It wasn't until we came back from dinner that we noticed this. Because of the late hour we just used the hand towels to dry off. Bath towels were there the next day.

The place is tremendously appreciated by all of us, we are 6 people who come from New York City for the Wedding of our niece on Sunday 07/23/2023. Many other people go to different Hotel, and one of my nieces, suggest us this Hotel only 2 minutes to the place. Very nice to be there at the moment. I and others love ❤️ the neighborhood.

Services are greatly appreciated by the pool, Some of my family members enjoy it so much for the short times.

It was nice and clean

There was only one mirror that was in the bathroom, which made it difficult for three people to get ready. The parking lot was sketchy at night, and my husband had to park next to some dumpsters and walk to the hotel

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The rooms were well appointed. The breakfast was very good. There was hot food( scrambled eggs, sausage and waffle machine) as well as the usual continental breakfast items. I especially appreciate the way the kitchen staff individually wrapped each item of food, ie: fruit and breads, in order to maintain health concerns.

We were highly disappointed in the bed. It was extra firm. My husband and I put under our backs in an attempt to soften. In the morning out whole body was sore. Unfortunately, for this one reason, we would not return to this hotel or refer any of our friends or family.

The hotel was very clean even under remodeling. You never knew they were doing any work The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good and the area was super clean even the tables.
