The breakfast was good but the surprise $18.00 + tax cost was way over rated... just because I booked through booking.com it costed $18.00 instead of the $8.00 I should have paid as a Hilton honors member... changing times ...
As stated above...just because I booked through booking.com ....I have to pay $10.00s more.

The hotel is huge and offered everything we needed for a busy weekend in Raleigh. It was extremely easy to navigate and I liked the keyless entry option. I was able to store my bags while waiting for my room to be ready and the cleaning staff kept our room stocked with towels and made beds daily.
The elevator is older and makes a lot of questionable noise. Rooms could use updating and deep cleaning/ dusting. Nothing was truly dirty, things were just worn and probably around for a while.

You should not have to pay to park there. This is a very nice hotel, but its not a 5 star resort.

The staff was exceptional, helpful, courteous& always made you feel like you were the only guest. The older lady at Starbucks (10/25 @5p) made wonderful drinks & was extremely helpful also! Thank you!! The pool is heated, clean & awesome! The shuttle driver was AMAZING. Friday,10/25. The front desk personnel & the driver coordinated our ride to the store to get items needed for the funeral we were here for. They were patient & very accommodating. Breakfast was good. (A little pricey especially for kids). The rooms could use a little updating (window covers,a few cracks in bathroom walls). “Clean” towels had small brown & black stains Overall- We would stay here again!
Price-the room & breakfast…(no discount for Hilton Honors members??)

For access to Duke Medical Center, it was perfect! The hotel chef was gracious enough to prepare a nice creamy soup for my post-surgical needs. He went above and beyond.
The breakfast buffet was ridiculous at $21 per person. The in-room safe was broken and the room AC sounded like a mac truck taking off every time it came on. It cuts off about 3 in the morning and stops cooling the room. It was noticeable. I wish there would have been a microwave in the room.

Check in was easy and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the facility and the amenities available to myself and my son. The receptionist was able to answer all of my questions and was able to give us information about our stay.
Nothing was wrong with the hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was very easy to get around the hotel to find what was available. The lobby had a bar and food available if that is what you were looking for.

Excellent location, close, but not on Capital Blvd, which was what I wanted because of onsite restaurant and breakfast. I see so many comments on motels being old and need redoing, they take a lot of abuse from clients and cleaning, can't stay new forever. We stayed on second floor, several rooms had CANS OF FOOD on floor outside of their room, and the paper from muffins on carpet. Just dumped , not even in a bag. Trash cans are super narrow, but there ARE trash cans at ice machine, how horrible is that, to treat the motel and help like that! No amount of money entitles that kind of disrespect. Ahh, the food, I splurged and got the 16oz ribeye, awesome, he got the mushroom burger, awesome, mushroom covered whole burger. I wish I got the 2 servers names, so friendly, joked about me not eating shrimp and grits, them not knowing what tomato pudding was! We're both southern! Breakfast is 18$, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, grits, breads, yogurt, juice, milk, fruit, as in cantelope, honeydew, cereal danishes, I'm sure I missed something. To go coffee was poured, capped and ready on a tray!!! Saw several people not happy not included with room, but I chose when booking. You can also have it added to room then or pay then. you get to sit or a take out tray, you get to go back for seconds if you sit, so price is quite reasonable for the offerings. Considering you have to leave, drive, and wait for drive thru breakfast, I'll choose this, Ten stars for here. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, place was super busy but everyone was nice. Kudos to the staff that checks you in, I saw as many rude guests as I did pleasant. They still smiled.
Nothing they could help 😄, view was of another tall glass building, and parking lot, but it was pretty. Room next door had 2 young ladies, excited about going out, talked above the noise of their tv, but we live in a house, not apartment, so not used to other people's noise. I always travel with earplugs!!
