The property was in a convenient location to restaurants and stores . The property was also well lit and felt safe.., which was important to me being a single woman traveling alone. There were some minor issues with my room but nothing worth mentioning because the stay was very pleasant and I was accommodated (my needs were met). Staff was patient and professional. I will stay there again.

Nothing worth mentioning like I said there are no perfect places but staff can make a bad place worth staying at if their good at there job.

I loved that I got to enjoy the property and all of the different people. I had the time of my life. I drank and ate so much. It was fun. I enjoyed the music and the clubs and coming to my bed. I took a lot of pictures here

I didn't like that some people were rude and didn't care where they looked or stepped. I did not like the maids didnt clean my room the whole stay. I asked multiple times she did not.understand English and It was super hot.

The rooms are a good size and the bathroom and bed are functional.

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke- I understand that this hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms so it's hard to get completely rid of the smell. The tv remote in my room didn't work but I pushed the button instead! The breakfast was lacking to say the least but if you want a muffin then this is the place for you!

No typical hotel breakfast.. only kid size mini muffin and small (terrible tasting) orange juice expected to be ok for a grown adult. The Clarion has a better breakfast bar than this cheap dollar store kids stuff. Dont advertise "breakfast" if your gonna bare minimum it. This is a snack at best

The service nice people in n the front even who’s clean the guys the guys who’s clean in the morning and smells goods the room and safe location.

I can say everything is perfect just one thing idk about breakfast they only have coffee orange jude or apple jude with muffin but everything clean i’m very likely withe this location.

Was not able to attend breakfast. Location was perfect!

Elevator was not in service. Did not like walking through an attached outside bad smelling stairwell. Room refrigerator could be cleaned better and smell fresher. Please more towels in rooms with 2 beds!

Its in downtown area..so its nice..my daughters favorite white pillow was left in the room we stayed in.hopefully they didnt throw it away 😅 but im pretty sure they did.🥲.we are planning to come.dont know when.

Proximity to my destination. Very reasonably priced. Polite helpful staff.

I normally pack a coffee pot so I have immediate access to coffee. Booking indicated the coffee pots were provided in the room. That did not prove to be the case. Fortunately my grandson was kind enough to go down to the lobby each morning and get coffee for his grandpa.

I like everything the location the employees and the service the quietness every time I go there's been perfect Ive been coming there for years. never once have I had to complain security is really nice employees are definitely give an A+
