Comfortable beds, great free breakfast, responsive to concerns. Our in-room AC wasn't cooling properly, especially in the afternoons. A maintenance man came within 30 mins and corrected the issue promptly. They were appropriately accommodating and welcoming

TV in our room wouldn't allow us to cast to it from our devices. Reported it as an issue and I was offered a new room in order to resolve the problem.... This was discovered after we unpacked. We didn't opt for that but the option was presented to us with the unfortunate probability that another room may have the same issue. The casting/Internet connect to tvs needs to be fixed as it is presently an issue. Swimming pool was also closed at what would be a peak time for it to be open - mid/end July. Oh and if you can't get to the free breakfast (offered 6:30-9:30) before 9am, you would want to just skip it all together.

The remodeling was an inconvenience. Loud noise.

The staff were so sweet and accommodating! We really liked Natalie at the front desk! She was super helpful and kind! Breakfast was great- the kids have asked to stay again- just to have breakfast there again! Beds were comfy.

The room looked clean- but wasn’t completely clean. We found a few things that had been left by others that had stayed there before. Also- the pool was closed. :( That was a bummer because the kids wanted to use it. I wish I had known when I booked it.

I like being comfortable in bed with the heat that I can control! I enjoyed taking a shower. I was able to have access to the amenities in the room, and I love being on the first floor!

Having to turn on all the lights to put on makeup because you're near-sighted, so you don't want to sit on the bathroom cabinets because you can't see, and an up-to-date microwave.

The property was clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff was nice and considerate.

The cleaning ladies seemed to have a bit of an attitude and they started closing breakfast down 10 minutes before it was over. Also this was a terrible area, there were random people walking through the parking lot and many Drug heads hanging around the nearby gas stations.

Loved the indoor pool. There was a variety of breakfast items available. The young lady on duty kept everything replenished. Lots of nearby gas stations and restaurants.

The driveway entrance was kinda narrow and the U-turn was tricky but it was worth it.

The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of good food, clean and friendly staff. The hotel has an indoor pool which we used once since we were doing a lot, but getting a chance to swim in November is nice anywhere.

This is one of a few hotels in my travels that I can not think of anything that I did not like.

Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool but it was CLOSED . But, unfortunately the hotel is under renovation and that information should be on there site so people will know.

Bathroom. No Fan for odor and steam. Toilet too low to ground for us. That was the only thing

The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. We didn't hear anyone walking down the hallway, or voices coming from other rooms, or doors closing. Unfortunately, breakfast had not started when we left the hotel the next morning to be at Wake Med Hospital by 6:15 AM. The proximity of the hotel to the hospital was great. It took us only 3 minutes to get there from the hotel.

I hadn't planned on paying $146 for a room that night, but the hotel had been highly recommended by someone who lived in the area as "a nice hotel near Wake Med Hospital". We needed a room so we wouldn't have to travel a long distance in the wee hours of the morning to be at the hospital at 6:15 AM for a scheduled surgery. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we qualified for a medical discount because of the reason for our stay. After discovering that the room had already been reserved and paid for through Booking.com we were told that we could not get the medical discount and that the transaction previously made could not be reversed. That would have been nearly a $50 savings if I had known!
