The staff were courteous and polite. My girlfriend and I were making a trip from Wilmington NC, I had just bought a new car and did not want to drive home late. At dinner I found this hotel through booking.com. It was a great value and the staff were able to provide a toothbrush and tooth brushes to my girlfriend and myself as well as a spare charging brick. They informed me about the $100 security deposit which I received back to my credit card. I would definitely recommend this great service hotel at an affordable price. The bed was clean and the room was comfortable to be in.

Slight urine/cigarette smell in the hallway and lobby. The room itself smelled fresh and clean. The lobby was clean and organized despite the slight odor.

The area was good and friendly service.

The room could use a little updating of the recliner, patch up the hole in the wall, and check the burners for a smoke-free experience. Update lamps and add USB ports or outlets. Maybe add a few throw rugs to avoid walking on the hard, cold floors. These were just a few observations that i saw. Other than this, the room was comfortable and clean for an overnight stay.

It’s quiet the breakfast it’s OK. It could’ve been more options. Very light breakfast.

The stuff they very nice very helpful too the prices it’s a little high for the type of the hotels, but it’s OK no choice sometimes I like the location because it’s nearby everything

I stayed at a lot of hotels and those young ladies and that young man and that office are outstanding they go above and beyond their job I really appreciate them every morning the breakfast was out when it was supposed to be they just was some perfect team I appreciate it so when I'm back in the Raleigh area I will be staying at this hotel good job team!!!

Actually there is anything that I see could have been better because of the house was always clean the laundry room was always clean if anything I would say they need more washers and dryers otherwise it was great.

I like that the manager was able to work with us as far as room accommodations and checking out smoothly. She’s very nice and helpful. I also liked that there was a stovetop on the room and the larger trash cans for the kitchen area.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price. It’s kind of on the expensive side and the area isn’t that high class to be charging so much for the week.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY. MY STAY HERE HAS BEEN SO PEACEFUL ❤️. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

Convenient to everything we needed.

Whoever has Room 320 on their cleaning list doesn’t sweep under the bathroom sink because it’s a towel stuffed underneath and I didn’t touch it. Left it right there.

We loved the layout of the room. We also appreciated the shape and state of the appliances in the kitchen. The use of space was great.

The room never seemed to get cool, but it is summer in the south, so I recognize that's a HUGE factor.

It was a clean room. The area outside was a bit sketchy. But all in all, I'd stay there again.

The day staff were rude, wouldn't try to help you at all. Did I mention they were rude?

I liked that the front desk clerk she was very nice her customer service was great
