The room was clean & comfortable. The bed & pillows were sooo soft & comfortable. The desk staff was mostly fantastic. Having the Hilton, next door, with the restaurant & a 10% discount was an extra perk. We enjoyed our stay for the one night. Your breakfast bar was also very good & had variety for the clientele.

This is NOT what I didn't like, but a suggestion for all your hotels. The walk-in showers would benefit older patrons with at least a horizontal grab bar added for their comfort & convenience. Also, adding a small grab bar in the toilet area. These things will make staying at your facilities more comfortable for your older or physically limited patronage. Thank you.

There were a few blips. There was no working fan in the bathroom, There needed to be a little more attention to cleaning in odd places like door frames. The sink drained incredibly slow, and I feel like there should be an additional trash can. Very minor issues. The beds and pillows were magnificent as always, which are my main reasons for staying at Hampton Inns. The adorable lady named Silvana at the breakfast bar was an absolute delight. She welcomed everyone and made them feel special. Overall this was a great property that I would visit again.

We liked the lounge vibe with the TVs, and comfortable furniture. We liked the coffee station, and the efficiency of the elevator, the ample parking, the comfort of the room, the blackout shades, the strong shower, the lovely events that took place when we were there, which seemed to be run with care.

Because we reserved multiple rooms (4) because our whole extended family was attending a family event offsite, the people at the desk were confused about which room was for which people, and they made check- in difficult. We had to be called each time to confirm the information already provided. And each time someone from our party checked in, a different employee was at the desk, and was unfamiliar with what we had explained in a comprehensive manner when we checked in.

The room was clean and fully stocked with necessities. I really appreciated the coupon for 10% off of my meal at the Hilton Garden Grill and Bar. The service there was terrific and the staff were very interactive.

The location was tricky at times to enter/exit. Also, the fact that the closest highway was closed every night from 9pm-6am due to construction was never brought to my attention beforehand. There was also one elevator out of order the entirety of my stay.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly.

Room 304 the door need to be attended to it doesn’t shut on its on you have to push it to open and close it. Pillows needed upgrading they were very flat and some were yellow . I called down to get an extra there weren’t any available. I ended up taking my family members next door. But that didn’t ruin my stay hopefully it won’t ruin the next guest and you look into it . Thank you !!!

The hotel was exceptionally clean! It smelled wonderful. That was the first thing I noticed and commented on that several times. My kids enjoyed the pool. It was also very clean and always fully stocked with pool towels. Having a restroom AT the pool was very nice. We were upgraded to a king suite for free and that was an unexpected surprise. The location was in a very busy area, but it was convenient to the places we visited. We went to the NC museum of Science (highly recommend!) and also went for a walk in William Umstead Park. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. Breakfast was very good too.

The only complaints are that the mushroom fountain in the pool was not working. However, the front desk attendant did offer to let us visit the sister hotel's pool which had a mushroom fountain too...but it was very chilly and we didn't want to walk back wet and cold so we didn't go. Also, the pool is very shallow. It was perfect for my 5 year old, but my teenagers were a little disappointed that the deep part of the pool was only chest high to them. We still enjoyed ourselves though!

Very nice hotel with smart updates....location was perfect, felt safe and although some wear / tear in room it wasn't major and the overall hotel made up for it....we travel a lot and were pleasantly surprised and glad we selected the location.

Mattresses could've been more comfortable and pillows were not the best; however, we requested 2 extra pillows for our bed and they were swiftly brought to our room.

Breakfast choices were good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was there for a wedding. It was very close to the wedding location. It was overall a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Maybe some vegan options for breakfast. And please make sure we don't run out of bananas before breakfast is finished.

Gravy at breakfast yet not biscuit. Check out lady was gruff non-responsive to conversation. Spoke to a well dressed gentleman (to confirm Carl's name & leave him a tip) turns out she was the manager. Yuck. Those roles could be switched. We needed a shower chair and somehow they were all taken. Get more, disabled people often travel with people. A king bed is not sufficient, 2 queens are required...thus a shower chair or built in with the shower

The ease of check in and check out. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Each night my Grandchildren requested cocoa and the front desk clerk happily obliged them. This was a nice and unexpected treat. The room was bigger than expected. The interrupt and exterior were clean. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety to choose from. Close to downtown museums.
