The staff was great the rooms were spacious however you bathroom a little tight and comode very very low to the floor . Lastly you tv options were limiting I couldn't use my Netflix and the on demand movies were to easily selected by error the cost per movie was overpriced.

The pool towel replenish wasn't up to par and water was easily tracked throughout the hotel to the elevator.. The happy hour is a great guest treat however the same level and variety of alcohol should be offered and available during happy hour the you have available at your cash bar. Time is already limited but limit quality

The hotel is advertising newly remodeled. The hand-held shower head adjuster is made with a PLASTIC CAP! CHEAP CHEAP! Which will fall off the handheld. Also, I literally touched, just touched the towel wrack closest to the shower. It again is a flimsy, cheaply made towel wrack that literally fell apart when I touched it. My suggestion is for the hotel to invest in better quality fixtures and such. especially in a handicap room. People could, and those with handicaps will do so more often, and otherwise could be hurt.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Even though they were fully booked we couldn’t hear any loud noises outside of our room which always a plus.

Two things bothered us about staying here is some the guest with pets don’t clean up behind their pets; the walkways inside smelled of urine as well as the elevators. I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for parking on the hotel property when I was staying there and none of the parking spaces accommodated my pickup truck so I had to park on the entrance incline.

Celebrated spa sleepover in style! Premium suite ( top floor treatment) was the best! Welcoming staff. Arriving at 6p, adults received 2 drink tickets and the snack buffet was filling. Breakfast buffet and made to order omelets were teen favorites. Flexible/accommodating front desk. Extra towels were delivered within 5minutes and our late check out (1p) was approved with a smile. Exceptionally clean and great customer service from the front desk to housekeeping. Will definitely book again!

The location is great, right across from the mall and great area in Raleigh. i love the free breakfast, its actually a lot of food and the free drinks and snacks from 530pm-730pm. Its actually good snacks , but bottom shelf liquor

There was a rat running around during breakfast one day & Inlost my appetite. They need more rolling carts, as there were NONE during check out hours . On the weekends, its so many kids !

I loved that you have happy hour for guest every night and gave tickets for drinks. The breakfast was great also. I loved the sitting areas for guests to relax as well. There is a mall right across the street also with different restaurants. There is a walmart and other restaurants and shopping right down the street.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were clean. Breakfast ran efficiently and with a smile despite being very busy.

The water pressure and temperature on the eighth floor were very, very poor. The toilet barely flushed, and the water never got beyond warm. The air conditioning unit in the room sounded like a dryer with a boot in it when it was on.

Breakfast was awesome, Highly recommended, They make great omellete as per your request, meaning ingredients wise. The bed was great !! It was firm but very comfortable. There's a nice Shopping center across from the Hotel. Great Free parking Garage with access to the Hotel.

One of the things I did not like or I believe could have being better, at check-in the lady that attend me, I felt she could have being a bit more friendly, meaning better attitude. The second thing was that the room had a mild musty smell on entrance area not on the room, probably previews guests wet the floor, I did not complain about it since I only used the Hotel to sleep and like I said was mostly on the entrance by the living Room.

Rooms were spacious. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable bedding. Convenient location. Nice evening happy hour.

There could have been more transparency about the $10 a day parking charge. The lighting is cold and oppressive throughout.

I loved how there were refreshments available at arrival, coffee in the room, breakfast was EXCELLENT

I was so upset when they told me that they make one pot of coffee in the front at 4am and after it's gone, they don't make anymore.. that's mean.... I wish they would have it at all times.
