The property is actually located in a nicer area close to shopping by the mall. The rooms were pretty much as pictured. The 100 rooms are actually an exterior door room unlike the 200 and 300 rooms which have interior hallways. The staff was nice and went out the way to provide quality service. You can see that the property owner is trying to update the rooms with quality toilets, furnishings, etc.

The exterior facade of the hotel is older in appearance. It gives late 90’s stucco vibes. The back side of the property could definitely use updating. It would add to the need for more parking and alleviate the tight parking on the main side.

The booking fare was justified. The room was cleaned with effort. The people who work here are pleasant. The location was perfect distance from the mall, a McDonald's and gas station.. all walking distance making it an ideal location for future bookings.

Coffee wasn't changed enough, it was old every time went for a cup.... that could be my timing though. The vending machines kind of semi function, I couldn't get my dollar to work and didn't have change on me at the time. Other than these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay.

The man who worked the desk on the night shift is delightful. I actually look forward to seeing him again. He has been there both times I've stayed at this location. The motel was what I'm accustomed to at a Red Roof Inn. - clean and a good value. I like that this motel is near a good selection of restaurants. The parking lot can be a real pain in a fullsize 4dr truck, which is what I drive when I'm taking folks with me on a road trip. Breakfast is okay -- not bad, but not great either. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the friendliness of the staff. The check in was smooth despite there being alittle bit of confusion at first, but it was cleared right away. We stayed here for a few nights and there are no complaints except the smell of the overall lobby and the beds.

My husband and I didnt like the smell when we first walked in and were checking in. The lobby smelled like marijuana and it traveled all throughout the 2nd floor. The bed also made a weird nice when my hsuband sat on it (plus it was a tad bit uncomfortable).

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Crabtree mall, which provides a great source for shopping and food

The location had two parking lots, but only one was usable since the other was on a steep cliff that could possibly scrape your car. Due to this, finding a parking spot in the evening could prove to be difficult.

No breakfast provided. Location was very convenient to places I needed to be visiting. Options for easy and fast access to major routes around the city. Variety of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Needed early check-in but was told it could not be guaranteed when I phoned ahead, so I waited to check-in until 3pm. Room had bad musty smell when first arrived. Windows coated with dried condensation (not a major issue, but it was really the only thing I found that could account for the musty smell). Bathrooms very clean, well stocked, but towel rods would have made them better.

We liked how friendly the front desk attendants were. James is the best. He remembered me by name from my first stay 9 months ago. James even got me an extra pillow when I asked.

I wish there would have been more than coffee and ice water available. Room was a little noisy with the washers and dryers below.

Good rate, no pet fee, convenient location. The chap at the front desk was amiable and informative.

We've never seen beds made up with the flat sheet ON TOP of the comforter.maybe housekeeping staff in unaware? No breakfast.🙁

Nice sized room for the price, the staff was nice I managed to lose the key & the front counter man was so nice, didn’t mind at all.

The pillows are supppeerrrrr soft, almost like you’re sleeping on air … literally no cushion to them, but my room was super clean, I stripped the bed made sure the mattress was clean aswell ! I was very pleased !

Location was quiet and peaceful but very close to dining and shopping options. Clean and comfortable

There were 3 of us and only 2 towels, when I asked the front desk for some towels at first he said no until I explained there were 3 of us and only received 2 towels. Then he gave me 1 additional only!
