The breakfast was good; always a hot option (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage) plus boiled eggs and yogurt and cereal, muffins, waffle maker. The cappuccino machine was greatly appreciated. There was a charger for electric vehicles. Yay!! Room clean and comfortable.

The room was VERY humid -- I was there in a hot July -- to the point of having condensation on the mirror in the morning. When I inquired about a dehumidifier, the front desk suggested I lower the temperature of the a/c, which was wasteful of energy and uncomfortably cold. They kindly offered to change my room, but I think just investing in dehumidifiers would solve the issue.

The size of the room was superb. The wi-fi was functional and pretty quick. The bathroom was big with exceptional water temperature. Parking was plentiful and free. The location was close to the cities Raleigh and Durham (within 25 mins). The staff were nice and checkout/in was smooth. The A/C worked well to combat the heatwave during our stay. The room was well insulated and barely heard any disturbances outside our room.

The beds had much to be desired as the pillows were lumpy and the bed not as comfy but we've been on worse. The pool was unavailable for use, unfortunately. Housekeeping was very late to service our room in the evening (5pm). We wound up dismissing the cleaning as we returned and wanted privacy during that time. Breakfast, although complimentary, was not very good. Eggs and bacon specifically; it surprised us as this was our time in North Carolina for a mini-vacation and tried other great culinary while visiting.

Check-in was quick and easy, which set a great tone for the stay. The location is conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. The lobby was modern, spotless, and welcoming. One standout feature was the coffee machine in the lobby — easily the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. It offered multiple premium options and tasted like something from a high-end café. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect upon arrival — a small detail that made a big difference. The bathroom was spacious and came with soft, fresh linens that added to the overall sense of comfort and quality.

Functionally very good hotel. The cleanliness - bedroom, bathroom and towels are all very good. Room was cleaned daily with towels replaced, without having to call the reception. A special mention for the 24 hour coffee maker machine available in the lobby providing good coffee :). All staff were good - I checked in at 3AM and the process was smooth and also the receptionist helped to get a printout of my ticket happily. There is no frills or coziness - but if you are on a business or to get some work done, then this place is a good option.

The property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything looked to have been updated recently. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linen in the bathroom. The location was right near Crabtree Mall and right next to Panera bread. It was a very easy access to the downtown area of Raleigh, which is where we were attendinga sewing expo. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Raleigh.

The only thing I had a problem with was that the elevator had a smell of marijuana in it. We mentioned it to the Hotel clerk to which they addressed to immediately.

Unexpectedly roomy suite, which was great for spreading out with three young kids. We didn’t travel for work reasons - house repair necessitated a hotel stay - but I appreciated having a space and reliable internet to continue working during our stay. The bedding was very comfortable and the noise level outside the room low. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had was with the TV. Only channels you could pick up on an antenna worked reliably, which left little in the way of kid content. The upper channels would cut out after a couple minutes, stating a poor connection. I didn’t reach out about this, though. I hooked a laptop up to the TV by HDMI cable and found content that way.

The rooms were very clean, we have stayed at this hotel before and will probably continue to stay when we visit the city. The staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had!

The breakfast was a little lack luster but for the value I think it was suitable. The parking situation is a little confusing also and can be a little tight near the front of the building. Also, both times we stayed there, there were people sitting for long periods of time, either smoking or sitting with pets, in the under ground parking.

Breakfast needs to have more whole fruits , loved the coffee machine . And please fixed the pool that definitely would be an extra bonus for your guests .

The light in the bedrooms . Add soft light in the bedrooms so your guests can read and not keep the other person awake . Pool closed , please fixed that it would be appreciated by your guests . Fresh fruits on your breakfast, people are very conscious of their food intake and adding more fresh fruits to your breakfast would be great .

Clean everywhere, & furniture, fixtures ect in good condition. The breakfast was very good & staff in there was helpful & friendly. There was a reception person at the front desk 24/ 7. Friendly & offered us fresh cookies.

The matress was the firmest we have had on many trips for yrs. It was not comfortable. All the pillows were too soft. 2 soft & 2 firmer would solve that issue for most peeps. Finally the sink open to the bed instead of in the bathroom has downfalls. If one person sleeps later they get woken up by the other getting ready, i.e., using hairdryer or brushing teeth ect.

The room was very spacious. We got a unit with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The curtains kept the light out and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. We had arrived by car and parking was not an issue. There is parking in front of the hotel and underneath the building. We did not have breakfast since it was served after 7am and we had to leave on an early flight. There's a Panera bread right next door in case you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel. We had dinner at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Dos Taquitos which we highly recommend. It's been a long time since we had such amazing Mexican food. Across from the restaurants, we had an ice cream shop which was very good as well.

Breakfast was served too late for people traveling on early flights.
