First, let me say the staff was among the best I have ever had at any hotel. They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. Always ready to help with anything they could without question. They got it done and figured it out. Main reason for giving this hotel high marks. Bed was comfortable. Stainless steel pots/pans. Laundry room and fitness room were in same area so you can work out while doing laundry. Great idea! 2 birds, one stone! Can print from business center and use computers provided. Great location!!! stones throw to Crabtree Valley Mall which has about 10 restaurants and good shopping. Close to main highways and stores you'd need to go to for an extended stay.

The room felt cramped. I had 2 spoons; 2 forks; 2 dishes small and large each. Was kind of sparse and kitchen area very small and limited. TV wasn't mounted in a way that made it comfortable to view from bed. For an extended stay was rough and not comfortable. Had to eat at desk where I worked and tv was to the side. Just uncomfortable.

the room was well-appointed with everything me and my family needed to have a comfortable enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable and the living room area with sofa bed worked perfectly to accommodate my children.

There was no breakfast offered. Because the hotel is extended stay, many of the guests opted to cook in their rooms the smells were a bit overwhelming as you walked the hallways. The lobby area is a little tight on space so if the are multiple people waiting to check in or out the space can get a little cramped.

It’s nice and close to everything and without being a red roof, it’s a step above in clean and organized. There’s on site laundry which was helpful and a spot to grill or smoke. It was far from perfect and cleanliness wasn’t perfect but leagues above less expensive local options. I’d stay here again if I were in town. Everybody was nice and such. Plus full kitchen and cutlery.

The hotel itself is a little outdated, but not enough to hinder the stay. I appreciated the Dove products, and the makeup wipes were a treasured, added touch as I had forgotten my own. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. The kitchen amenities were also an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel, and will absolutely book again for future stay(s).

Loved that it was super central to everything and I loved the full sized fridge in the room. Everyone on staff is so kind and helpful! Anything you need, they’re more than happy to help!

I would have loved to have a pool, but I’m happy that was the only downside.

Very clean

While using the shower it constantly backed up to the point I had to keep shutting it on and off while showering. When I first used it, some particles came up like someone threw up in the shower recently. Disgusting.

The receptionist was outstanding and Cary attentive. I requested a change of room, left for dinner, and she called to verify that all was waiting for me on my return. I was both astonished and impressed by that care.

The lobby while clean was dark but I feel that was an architectural issue.

The location is perfect. It provides things that most hotels don’t, such as refrigerators, microwave, toaster, and stove. And laundry. It is perfect for a longer stay.

Maybe better ventilation.

Age is starting to show. Stayed here a few times, may want to start planning on carpet and paint update. Rooms starting to look bates motel eith an upscale glimmer with high end stove tops and pillow top beds but 80s carpet

LOVED my room! Loved the way everything was set up. Small kitchenette, table area. I also like how I could see the tv from the toilet. That was genius.

Bookings told me free breakfast included and it was not. that was very upsetting. also receptionist didn’t know who delivered etc to the hotel. they did recommend door dash but I’m not from Raleigh so I needed to know what spots were good to eat at. ended up getting dominos one night and that was delicious but second night hit Shanghai Chinese food and that was trash. literally threw the whole plate away smh.
