It was very clean! I'd stay again but it would have to be in main building. Where maybe it wouldn't be so hard to get into building. I'll have to bring an ice chest, and coffee pot. But for price and how clean it was I'd stay again.

No in room fridge, coffee pot, microwave or hair dryer. People having a beer party right in the parking lot. Like a tailgate party. There was trash all over parking lot next morning. Next to door of the second building was used charcoal. Dumped next to the bushes. I use a walker and cane, and had a hard time getting in the building. There's no hands free entrance. I had to badge in, pull hard to get door open, put my walker in-between door frame to get me in. If some was in a wheel chair they would have to wait for help. Also they advertise a coffee bar. There's no coffee bar it's a small machine with tiny cups a thing of sugar and powder cream. Mattress was old and very thin, could feel every bar of frame underneath. And it made horrible noises when you moved..

Nice staff, actually were helpful, after my original booking was set with incorrect dates (was my fault), the property owner waves the cancellation fee and helped me find a solution with booking.com agent. It took a few hours, but the male who was a manager also helped me go to my room to grab my charger, even though it was multiple hours after checkout. The rooms were clean and its a nice location, and most hotel management/staff/prop owners would have taken my money, charged me the fee, called police etc… as they don’t care & almost seem to want to make peoples lives a living hell, so it’s incredibly refreshing to deal with humans that have morals. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff/management for working with me and showing humility/humanity ❤️

I love everything about the property the customer service was A+++ especially the young male that works nights, and Nicki. Inspite of it being ran by the new management and their Indian. Once they understand what your saying it’s great

The thing I disliked about the property was the middle age heavy set Indian lady whom is really races, how I know because I’ve had 3 encounters with her and she’s the only one who is very judgmental and rude, I pray that nothing happens to her and she fall short and end up like some of the clientele they serve.

Clean, friendly and competent staff, quiet without noise or rowdy guests. Greeted immediately and given specific directions to my room.

This is probably petty but I always have a coffee pot and hair dryer in every hotel I have ever stayed. This had neither. Bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.Also slightly up charged for a safe that I didn’t request.

We loved the ease of check in, the service, and most important the bed was comfortable. Also letting us combine our last minute booking when we came in a day early with the precious booking so we can just stay in the same room and not have to worry about having to come back with our stuff to re-check in.

The stay was nice, didn’t see any bugs roaming around that was the main concern but over all my stay there was fine

There where a few stains here and there, like on the walls, floor and lamp shade, but nothing too disgusting

The property is in a great location, close to plenty of food, shopping and was within 20 minutes of large attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfy! We had 2 rooms across the hall from one another where our kids could easily go back and forth when needed. Our 2 night stay was perfect for a weekend trip! Would definitely stay again :)

Very convenient to get to right off the highway lots of places to eat across the street at the mall.

The doors could be secured at night and a little bit more security outside of the property seeing lots of vagrants walking around looking at cars.

Staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and as expected, perfect location and perfect for a one-nighter.

The elevator was not working. We carried our luggage to the 3rd floor. But not a big deal for us.
