I was excited to see a ceiling fan in the bedroom. However, it didn't work. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I love it when I can stream channels. They were very gracious after a pet made a mistake. I offered to check out and eliminate any future issues. She assured me that would not be necessary.

A piece of the sink covering came off in my hands. My first morning started with company fire alarm testing from 9am-4pm for the whole building. I have a PTSD response to those as well as my dog. We left for the day. The rest of the stay was quiet. But 4he water pressure was almost inexistent.

Great choices for breakfast!

On the second night of our stay, I woke up about midnight to sounds of a loud group of people on our hall causing quite a disturbance. The voice tones gave us alarm. After hoping the group would settle into their rooms, I finally gave up and called the front desk. The female associate was the only staff on duty, but noted that she would check out the situation. I was concerned about the worker's safety even. After about 30 more minutes, the group started to quieten down to about 30% of the noise level. It seems like it would be helpful to have a floor monitoring system to alert the front desk if there is a loud group disturbance.

There were bright, open halls, and we liked having the elevator available by a side door so we didn’t have to traipse through the lobby every time we came in or out.

The only issue we had was receiving a phone call from the property saying they hadn’t received payment from a third party booking. I had to take time, while traveling, to try to straighten it out and it turned out to be an issue with the hotel, not Booking. It caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

We found the location to be excellent. A few minutes in either direction by car is all it took to get to where we wanted to go. The free breakfast was better than most. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed different options every day. And unlike most other hotels we enjoyed eating off of real china and used silverware, not cardboard plates and cup with plastic utensils. The staff was courteous and attentive. I would rate it 9 out of 10. I also used the laundry facility which was fine and the fitness center, also fine. I would recommend the Homewood suites.

We were glad we choose the separate bedroom layout at the hotel. But the carpet was stained near the entrance and the one thing that brought the overall rating down was the condition of the sofa. Although a neutral gray color it was obviously dirty. So much so that I wouldn't sit on it. So I took the extra blanket from the closet and covered it. Other than that, the room was fine.

The room was fantastic. It was nice having a separate bedroom and living room area. Kitchen area in our room was really good. It had full size fridge a small stove and a nice microwave. It even had a dishwasher. Bathroom lighting was great for putting on my makeup. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Cary.

Couch wasn't very comfortable

The facilities were beautiful! And it was so nice that they had everything you would need to feel at home, laundry room, fitness center, the pool and outdoor lounge area were amazing! The lobby store had most things, and they even covered free Grubhub fees to get anything else you needed.

Breakfast options were a little limited and not very tasty

The hot breakfast provided was amazing! The kitchen was clean and well kept. The pool area was great. Just a little small. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Grocery, shopping centers and entertainment was all very close to the hotel as well. So the location was great. Overall a 10/10 stay for us.

The only thing I didn’t like was the free WiFi it was very slow. So we paid a little extra for the premium WiFi. Which was way better.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful; facilities were clean, bright and spacious. We especially enjoyed the Wednesday evening wine, cheese, etc. reception!

Bathroom sinks are outside the shower/toilet room, rather than behind closed doors, which is noisier during the night, but this is the way the rooms are built.
