It was a nice suite. Me and my boyfriend went to the pool, fitness room, and ate the breakfast. We took advantage of the king size bed and hot shower. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. And we were able to walk to McDonald’s when we had a sweet tooth.

I didn’t like the fact only one elevator was working so it’s a longer waiting time to get where you needed to go. I also didn’t like that the hotel didn’t provide drinking straws so I had to walk to McDonald’s just to have some. Hotels should have everything provided.

I liked the location, we came for a concert and enjoyed being 4 minutes away. The staff was lovely!

Parking was slim. There was a point where there wasn’t a single parking space open due to events occurring around Raleigh so the hotel was BOOKED and BUSY. I promise im not being dramatic at no parking. I felt bad for staff having to relocate customers to the hotel behind the Hilton to park and instruct them to walk down the hill. They were embarrassed to do so. I’m glad yall are getting business but definitely need more parking.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The location was excellent, and the cleanliness and overall facilities were in a plus. We actually arrived a little bit early, and our room wasn't quite ready, but they were very accommodating and getting us into a room that was ready ASAP.

The only problem that we have was our toilet in the bathroom. We noticed that after the first flush it was running very slow. The maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes and plunged it. Unfortunately, there was a more serious problem I believe either within the toilet or the pipes, as it continued to run very slow and sluggish throughout our stay. They were nice enough to even offer me a plunger during overnight hours in case while maintenance wasn't there.

Easy to get to. Spacious room. Great breakfast. The employee attending that area did a great job. The gentleman that checked me in was also very friendly. So close to the Lenovo center & great pricing even during a concert!

They should offer feminine products in the market. There weren't any cups by the keurig. ( that's just a petty suggestion). The trash was stuffed to the top next to that station as well. Getting a text after 11 at night to check how my stay was going.

We stayed Sunday through Monday so we missed the breakfast. We thought it stayed open until 10 and it was over at 9:00

Honestly, I was with a group of young adults from college for a hockey game and we just had a fabulous time. The room was exceptional. The staff was exceptional. The only disappointment was the kids thought we were gonna be having breakfast so we missed that but all in all it was an Exceptional experience and I would definitely recommend it. All of the young adults that were with me was very, very happy.

It was a great location, with very nice rooms, and great staff. The noise from the train was a little bothersome, but not enough to complain about. This location is also great if you have an EV automobile because there are charging stations located outside OR you can easily go to Sheetz which is within walking distance. And Sheetz is another alternative for meals. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel and there is no bar or room service at this location. The hotel is right located at I-40 exit 290 so it is centralized and easily accessible to anywhere in the Triangle Area.

Liz (at the front desk) was especially friendly and helpful. She helped me extend our stay and move to another room without having to take everything back to our car before the other room was ready. She also called me by name whenever I came through the lobby.

The first night’s room was noisy (on the street side). Once we moved to the other side of the hotel, it was peaceful and quiet.

The property was clean!

Check in time states 3 pm. We arrived at about 430 and had to wait about 20 minutes for a room. You are expected to check out by a certain time but we couldn’t check in upon arrival. Staff stated the rooms were still dirty. I’m not typically a complainer but when you pay to stay somewhere you expect to check in when you get there after driving for awhile. Especially if we have to leave by a certain time.

We loved everything about the property. We were especially pleased with the staff. Everyone was professional and friendly. We’d like to especially commend Tytiana. She was very helpful and always had a smile. She greeted us every time she saw us. It seemed she was there around the clock. She’s definitely an asset for you.

Wow! This place was exceptional! Very clean, spacious, quiet & friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! The fire pit outside was a very nice touch. We travel to Tallahassee, FL a lot too but the reviews of the Home 2Suits there aren’t great. Send the Raleigh staff there to whip it into shape so we can stay there next time we’re in Florida! Thank you Raleigh, NC Home 2 Suits by Hilton. Can’t wait to travel to book our stay next time we travel to Raleigh!
