Roaches... plenty of them. They offered a new room but I did not want to wake up 4 kids at 12AM to switch a room. They also refused to give my full refund back for this. The only positive is that the roaches weren't in the bed.

The rooms were clean, quiet and a nice view of courtyard. The breakfast was like a restraint, they had fresh eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, waffles. Everything you could ask and it was amazing!!

Very good room for the price, compared to others in this area. We stayed here twice in two weeks. One king room and one double bed room. Both were great. Very clean. Updated and nice furnishings. Two chairs, an ottoman, a reasonable sized desk. One room had a larger than typical fridge with an enclosed freezer, other room had a typically small fridge with an open freezer section inside the top of the fridge. The double bed room had a small sink and cabinet in addition to the sink in the bathroom. Beds were average comfort. Workout room was adequate. A/C worked great. Breakfast had a better than average variety.

Magnetic key card lock was finicky; sometimes worked first try, sometimes it took many, many attempts. Workout room was hot, even at 7:00 am. Would have appreciated a fan. The first time we stayed, we had 2 separate rooms (for other family members) and we had to try 3 rooms to get one that didn't have a weird odor. The second time we stayed there we didn't have any issue with odors.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon plus every other breakfast items you could want. Well stocked and well maintained. Hotel is clean and bed was comfortable.

Very limited seating or gathering area in lobby or outdoors. I personally hate the fluorescent light bulbs in the guest rooms. Hotel has been updated since we stayed there 25 years ago but the lower lever hallways and rooms decor lack the vitality and ambience I expected at a BW Plus property.

Keisha P. is one of the greatest and she makes sure that you are comfortable and she really needs a promotion to be a head manager. the others do not care of your needs or not and can sometimes be very rude. Although I cannot remember the gentleman manager name he seems to care as well that is who needs to be the head manager they make sure to do their job but in a respectful and caring way.

The heartless manager Joakima and how rude she is not caring what you are going through even when you’re trying to be respectful of her and she makes you feel uncomfortable.

The front desk lady LaNette had a welcoming personality and was so helpful. She made my husband and I feel right at home. The service was some of the best I've had at my hotel that I've stayed at. She was always smiling and quick to answer any questions I had. The break fast is amazing here.And the place is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone

The price s get a little high on the weekend.

The front desk was very pleasant. Our room was nice, comfortable, and clean; even with a dog next to us, we didn't hear it while in the room.

I understand some hotels allow pets, so im not sure if there was a dog convention going on at the time. The hallways and lobby area had dog odor throughout.

Clean and comfy bed! Clean room and bathroom. Very good and complete breakfast. Staff very helpful. No carpeting in the room!! Yeah!

The weird configuration of the floors. The hallways could certainly stand new carpeting. The blackout curtains didn’t reach all the way down.

Close to restaurants plenty of parking quiet.

Hall way rugs leave a bad impression you take dogs😳 night clerk never cracked a smile one male from the cleaning crew was a bit rude. Everyone else was friendly.

Fast and welcoming customer service, clean rooms and sheets, hot breakfast

No soda machines available! They do have an option to purchase a few select items near the front desk, but the products are extremely overpriced
