The hotel was clean and affordable. Free breakfast was offered. We didn't interact much with staff but the men at the counter were decently friendly.

They do not have cleaning service come to the rooms unless you have stayed a certain number of days. You are able to go ask for what you need such as clean towels, trash bags, etc and you are supposed to sit your dirty towels and trash out in the hall. I did not feel comfortable doing that so we managed as we only stayed 2 nights.

the size of the room, the staff was excellent. the cleanliness of the room was wonderful to see.

Well to be honest, I think that they should offer more after dinner hour in their lobby rather than just candy bars n chips. We hadn had dinner yet as we went to a concert and i was not about to pay 13 dollars for a hot dog. So we figured they would have microwaveable things like the pizza or sandwiches. Even cold sandwiches wouldve been fine at that point. So was really disapointed to see only candy bars and chips. Being a diabetic is always hard when out.

The staff is always friendly and helpful with anything you need. The location is great for near-by restaurants- Waverly Place Shopping Center is a half mile away that has great restaurants as well as other great stores. Downtown Cary is a 10 minute drive away that is fun place to walk around and find nice places to eat; along with a beautiful library. I have stay here many times over the last 10 years. Great hotel at a good price to stay at; you won't be disappointed !!

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy as well! It was nice the room had a little kitchen area and coffee maker. We only stayed in the room to sleep but it would be a great hotel for those needing a longer stay.

We were there on new Year's Eve so there wasn't free breakfast on new Year's day. I understand and agree. That the employees should have the day off but maybe they could have ordered in some muffins or donuts. For those traveling that day it would have been a nice perk since there wasn't breakfast.

The check-in staff and check out staff were both efficient and welcoming. The breakfast attendant was distracted by her phone most of the time, but the area was clean and stocked. Location was centrally located to everything, including shopping and eateries. We even explored beautiful city close by called Apex. Great place to shop downtown on weekend.

Couple of stray hairs on sheets. Shower curtain was short. It was a struggle to keep it in the tub.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. We arrived late afternoon. Front desk clerk on check out day was very understanding of our situtation.

There was no ice, drinks or snack on our floor. We use a lot of ice. A few light bulbs were out in our room. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Front entrance door could use some work.

Breakfast was adequate & filling. Rooms & location were perfect for a family visiting Raleigh-area for a few days.

Our review would be even higher, but the indoor swimming pool is unheated & hence too cold for our child, who was very excited to swim when we arrived, but was let down when we tried & couldn’t swim for long.

Beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

I got the room because they have an indoor pool, but we couldn't swim or swim at our own risk is what I was told by the staff members. She said the heater that heats up the pool wasn't working. If I'd known that, I would have looked somewhere else for a hotel with an indoor pool that worked.

Spacious room and sitting area; Great breakfast included in the price. Availability of coffee in the evening in the breakfast area.

The railing leading down to the breakfast area is loose, making it a possible hazard for those of us who need the stability of a sturdy handrail.

I’ve been coming here 2 times a month and never knew of the 100 deposit. Every time I came I paid just the room rate. Never was charged 100 dollars. Until front desk mentioned it to me Monday when I called to book.Very disappointed bc I wanted to book this weekend for my sons birthday
