room was over deordorized, still could smell the mldewed carpet. Furniture was broken and you could see where there was water damage. Never received the warm cookie ,they only give them on Friday's and they didnt make enough for everyone checking in. the breakfast needs improvement, sausage was under cooked both days, cramped area where the food was located, the waffle stand was in another room if someone had not told us we would never have seen it.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of choices and fresh coffee. Even had pastries and biscuits and gravy. They also offered waffles, grits, eggs, cereals, and toast/bagels. There's even balcony seating for breakfast upstairs by the kitchen! Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were enough towels and wash cloths for our stay. Friendly staff, and a good location which was convenient to the venue we attended. Really nice patio and pool area, even though it was too cold to utilize it. Looks like a good time in the summer months though.

There a couple small issues with the room. The bedroom has 1 functioning lamp due to a bad light bulb, and the cabinet door where the trash can was in the kitchen had loose hinges. Also, the underneath of the toilet seat was not cleaned properly and there was a pork rind under the small chair in the living room. It was a nice room, but the small things deducted from the "wow" factor it could have received from us.

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room. Got a room with a bathroom that had a bathtub with plenty of rails BUT family member doesn’t walk. A shower with a seat was what I expected.

Breakfast was good . Love the fireplace on , it made me feeling at home

My room smelled like a dog has lived there. Not please with the size of the room either. Maybe reserve few rooms for people that don’t have pet .

The old TVs don't have any new features. I recommend using smart TVs so that travelers have more options to watch TV. Also, check out through the TV didn't work.

The site is beautiful. The entrance over the covered bridge, especially at night, is enchanting. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was nice, although I personally did not care for the turkey sausage. As always, the waffles were outstanding.

The digital connection to the network TV stations (ABC, CBS, NBC) stopped after one day. I called the front desk, was told that someone would come, no one ever did. All of the other cable channels worked. As I checked out three days later, I mentioned the problem again and was told that a technician was coming to fix something on the roof. The light bulb in one living room lamp was out.

the convenience of location, the size of the suites and amenities

our room wasn’t clean. my one year old granddaughter was with us and was bringing us stuff she was finding (example: in the window sill of the bedroom there was a pill - medicine. it had been there long enough the letters were faded off, not sure what it was but grateful she didn’t put it in her mouth).

Arrival changed. hotel was great. Room was really nice hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok nothing super special. But ok. Near to the venue I was going to. Near supermarkets.

Arrival changed. hotel was great. The ck out not soo much Hotel was supposed to be a rate at $125.00 per nite. Guaranteed should be just that. I had to rebook thru hotel for some reason as my arrival changed ck out i was charged 135.00 a nite. Can u say bait & switch !! And im a damn member. Pool also wasn't open on Thurs. For unknown reasons

Surrounding privacy of the hotel was wonderful. The 2 double bed room with sofa sleeper was spaciouse for our family of 4. Social dinner was actually delicious pulled pork! Location to walk or drove to the restaurants and Starbucks was less than a mile. Accomadting dogs was stress free!

Elevator was not working properly. Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Blankets, pillows and bedsheets already available for the sleeper sofa in the closet would have been better rather than needing to go to the front desk to get them.
