Cleaning staff was the best I've come across. EXTREMELY attentive!!! I asked for some special requests and got every one of them. Some construction guys were staying there and they tracked some mud in on their boots. Cleaning staff didn't let it stay on the rugs very long. Twenty four hour front desk. I stayed 4 nights. Some times I was doing work in my room online, really didn't need room service, but was going through in room coffee a lot. Left at 3:00PM staff came in made my bed, fresh towels emptied the trash, and more coffee. They had already been by at 10am. made my day when I got back that night.

Getting out of the parking lot was a tad difficult, because of traffic. Breakfast was the waffles and some other sides. muffins, microwave breakfast sandwich, cereal, coffee, juice. No hot eggs, meats, potatoes. Business center was a stand up computer and printer near the lobby.

It was clear that this owner, management and the staff cared about their property, cared about providing value to any customer and every customer. Everything was so clean. The property itself was likely dated but you would never have known. Also exceptional was that the management provided cleaning service every day--no COVID-19 excuses, workforce shortage excuses--made up our bed, restocked items, emptied trash. I would definitely stay here again, seeking to be sure that ownership is same as it was as of Thanksgiving 2023.

just rolling of carpet on second floor because it needed to be re-tacked. Nonetheless, the carpet was still clean.

The breakfast was average. The location was good.One day we thought breakfast was offered but it was not. I understand it was a holiday weekend but a quick bite would have been nice along with good coffee or juice.

I did not like that there was no soap in the bathroom just a small shampoo and I think lotion. I do pack my own but thought some would be provided. I did not ask the staff. It may have been overlooked.

Easy and free parking. Friendly and Welcoming Front Desk. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Free breakfast (simple but worked). Price was reasonable. Well-lit parking lot, so felt very safe. Black-out curtains, so well-lit parking lot didn't bother us.

I can't really think of anything. We were there one night for a commitment in the morning, so didn't spend much time there. I'm unsure that the staff could do anything about this, but there was a lot of noise in the hallway from others who were staying on our floor.

Good room overall. Good shower pressure. Good airr conditioning. I was allowed to check in early.

My room was very far away from the wifi so it kept disconnecting from my phone. I don't feel like the beds are flipped or rotated very often because when I had to be in my room for a long time, there was an indentation of where I was laying. No information about breakfast was ever relayed to me so I missed it my first morning, and there was no information on how to contact the front desk from my room so if I needed something I'd be forced to manually walk down there to do it. I was forced to be in my room more than I would have liked due to circumstances beyond my control so half of these things most likely wouldn't have been a factor in my review.

Breakfast was nice. The area is nice. The staff was nice. I liked that it had an ATM in the lobby. The room was comfortable. They kept the hotel very clean.

It was difficult to find, enter and exit the hotel. The bathroom door didn't shut properly. It was barn door style ... not good for privacy. There was wonky electrical stuff going on outside - it looked dangerous.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

Property was dated and worn down. Not much of a selection for breakfast.

Clean, updated facility in a great location for our needs. A very friendly, helpful staff (“Props” to Andy and Kayla!). A good, hot breakfast with variety. We will return when we’re in the area.

Nothing, really. But don’t dare park in the adjacent church’s spaces! They threaten to tow your vehicle at your expense. It was quite comical.

We have stayed here before and the central location is great. A quick hop onto a freeway is great, especially getting to RDU and it's only 15 min to our son's house or 25 min to my wife's favorite quilt/fabric shop in Cary, N.C.

Housekeeping every other day would suffice. We don't need the bed sheets changed and remade every day but new towels every other day and trash removal would be an improvement.
