Overall a very nice well appointed hotel with good staff and clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The linens were excellent. The bath was immaculate and well stocked with towels and soaps. The facility was well maintained.

Our only complaint was the central ac handler in a closet in our bedroom rattled loudly not letting us sleep soundly. Also, the sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable. Don’t understand why they charge $5 per night parking for the location of this hotel.

Marie and staff were incredibly helpful during our stay! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were amazing for accommodating us one of the mornings for an earlier breakfast time.

One of the rooms had a leak and therefore smelt quite bad. They helped our players move into a new room but they unfortunately did not have the same room size available.

Clean. Quiet. Breakfast options. Honey was an option in lieu of toxic inflammatory high fructose corn syrup fake breakfast syrup. Fresh fruit is an option as well. The grill, fire pit and court yard seating is a great choice to relax in the evening. Small full kitchen with plates, pots, pans and utensils. Thermostat in room allows occupants the ability to regulate room temperatures.

The sofa / sofa bed was lopsided and needs replacement. House cleaning does not come daily w fresh linen and towels. There are no sheets, blankets or pillows in rooms for sofa bed usage.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room that is mostly modern. Easy to book and checkin/out. Adrian at the front desk made our experience enjoyable. He promptly helped us checkin, made conversation, and recommended local attractions. Had this been a self checkin situation or a not so kind front desk person, I would have felt less safe. The right staff made all the difference.

The kitchenette in the studio room is outdated, dark, and has odd lighting.

Great Location close to my work and close to restaurants and things to do! I also wanted to thank Wilbert the maintenance guy who fixed our AC very friendly and helpful also Adrian at front desk went out of his way to help us and very polite & friendly!! Marie Flynn also offered us a better price because we needed to extend our stay due to unseen circumstances!!

Staff was great and friendly.

The pull out sofa was terrible…honest to God…terrible. We travel a lot with sports and try to save where we can. I thought that a less expensive room with queen and a sofa bed would help with that. What a mistake that was at this hotel! The sofa bed was all but unusable and should be thrown away. Zero reason to advertise that that thing even exists.

We liked that we were able to check in early that they had good options for drinks and snacks and the staff assisted very well especially Natalie at the front desk.

We didn't like that there was a dog smell and when we checked in there was a dog barking in the room next to us. But the staff did send someone up to cover the smell as good as they could. But still there should be separate rooms for people who don't like animal or have animals.

Functional, had all the necessary facilities. It was a good size for family, the rooms and common areas were spacious enough.

Cleaning is done upon request, it will be good for this to be done on a regular routine eg every 2 days especially for guests staying for more than 5 days.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good. The news was comfortable.

The sofa bed was absolutely awful. The constant dogs barking and whimpering was not good and the walls were paper thin. I was asleep on the sofa when the neighbor called out to her son and it startled me awake. The toilet wasn't clean.

The local was great. Right near the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been to. Also, around the corner from a beautiful wooded walking path that paralleled a creek that was very scenic. The bathroom rooms were remodeled which gave the rooms a cleaner and newer feeling. The kitchen utensils were very convenient.

The coffee ran out pretty quickly. The rooms and living area ceilings didn’t match the renovated bathrooms.
