The room was across from the pool. It was convenient for taking children, but the hall was very quiet. The breakfast had good options. It was tasty even to our picky eaters. We liked the salsa omelet and pancakes. The staff was friendly. The little convenience store had good options. You received anything requested in two minutes or less.

Our biggest problem was the picture of the room when booking had a pull out sofa. The paperwork work said sofa bed, but unless you have a suite, you don't get that sofa. It is a small seat to sit on at best. Although we thought a roll away would fit, they said it would be a fire hazard. Had I known, I would have upgraded to a suite. This was our only issue. We managed and it was okay.

The Breakfast was good. Very impressed with the choices and how the lady kept on restocking everything. Hotel was close to our family and graduation. Plenty of places nearby to shop or eat. We would there again!

It's been a while since we stay in hotel and we did not realize the rooms did not get refreshed every day. Very minor detail but it is one of the things I look forward to, coming back to a made bed and fresh towels.

Breakfast was good and the accommodations were clean which is extremely important to me. The staff was on site and very attentive. The food bar remained stocked and I never had to ask for anything.

I saw a customer with his running shoes on top of the table in the eating area. If the staff is unwilling to say something maybe some signage for the uneducated to place shoes on the floor only and wash your hands before entering the eatery.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The hotel offers a good breakfast variety and the young lady taking care of everything in the dining area is a joy!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The front desk staff is wonderful and informative. The cleaning staff does a great job. Everyone seems to take pride in the hotel. There is always enough of everything I need. I never have to call and request items. The area has good restaurants nearby. As a customer, I am very satisfied. Please keep the momentum going!

When we arrived I was tired and stressed. Then I found out they had no record of my reservation. It was my fault and they did have a room but not what I reserved. The next day I apologized to the gentleman and he said it was fine and mo need to apologize . Room was great. Breakfast was awesome

The steam from the shower fogged the mirror. Wished it didn't. There was do knives one morning.

Thes are beautiful rooms and great facilities, Our room was on the first floor right by the pool and exercise rooms and still very quiet and comfortable. The bed was very nice and big and the showers had great pressure and were very clean.

The rooms are really good, but they are a little pricey, it seems they are always about the same price however you book them.

Loved the Breakfast and great experience with staff.Jasmine was so accommodating.

I was charged a late check in fee and booking still had our original payment . We paid upfront and then paid again at hotel we checked in a day late. Please advise how to reconcile this

Great facility - great pool - new accommodations

Rushed me to checkout. At the strike of 11 (checkout time), housekeeping was knocking on the door. I had requested late checkout and they immediate said no, not even offering a few minutes. It was apparent the hotel was not full, only a few people around. They did allow me to sit in the lobby while I needed to.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were great. We loved the rooms had a Keurig Coffee Machine. The entire staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the young lady hosting the breakfast was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent!

Nothing really stood out. Driving in and out was a little tricky, but doable. Breakfast was also a little “iffy”. Staff had a little trouble keeping up with guests’ needs. In all fairness it was a very busy weekend.
