Very Friendly staff and great location.

The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, literally sounded like being on the runway at an airport. ALSO I strongly disagree with the additional $100 hold on my credit card to stay the night. I paid for room then when got there was told that we could not stay unless we allowed them to hold an additional $100 on my card. We almost left because of that but was late. Worst part is we didn't know about charge till we arrived at the hotel.

Breakfast was really good and the gentleman who attends the eating area is very nice and attentive. He took the time to clen up the mess I made with the waffle maker. I offered to do so, but he wouldn't hear of it... I really appreciated his help.

I choose Comfort Inn for business travel because I find that your corporate brand is cleanliness, comfort and quality customer service. Yesterday, I noticed that a dog had left waste on the sidewalk and it was still there after a couple of days. I pointed it out to the front desk clerk (I think her name is Abbie, or something similar) and she was very rude in her response. I felt bad about mentioning that it should be cleaned up as I almost stepped in it, but she continued to be sarcastic.

Your location was beautiful 1.9 miles from my event which was at my families home new home just built so I will be back again to visit and I will stay at this hotel. Come back in August fix the swimming pool and this would be a great vacation spot for me visit my family and go take a dip in the pool while I’m here. Thank you.

I didn’t like the fact that when I entered the room for my hot trip that the AC was not on in my room, it was 79° when we went into the room we had to turn on the AC and strip out of our clothes to try to stay cool while traveling seven hours to get here Just something to think about No water in the pool for $145. Per day I think if you have a pool outside that will make and bring more business because we could take a dip in the pool while we vacationing there for the weekend. Think about it hot summer time.

Breakfast fine. Nothing different from any other hotel.

Desk clerk not able to locate my privilege card number (Canada) so unable to receive the hotel points for a three night stay at the hotel. Also, it was not a pet friendly hotel so was unable to keep my pet with me.

Toilet tank needed a repair as well as sink faucet leaked onto counter. Told staff. Manny, maintenance worker was swift, efficient and effective!

It was convenient to where we were traveling to.

The staff was going to give my family a room that was absolutely disgusting. Red spatter on the wall, a literal snot on the wall, mold on the ceiling and who knows what was under the mattress cover.

Location was great. It was close to several restaurants as well as shopping. Motel was clean and comfortable. Pool was pretty.

Breakfast was ok. Could have been more choices or variety to eat.

Did not come for the breakfast. I liked the fact that there were no bugs in the room, no dust bunnies under the bed, and the bed sheets did not have stains. Staff could not have been nicer.

Great staff, clean room. Comfortabe beds.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I don’t like the automatic check out. I would have like to have the choice to use A different credit card for the room as the deposit.

Newly renovated, was quiet and clean

My only complaint was the AC was set very cold and would not reset to our comfort range.
