It was a good location for our needs (visiting family in Cary). The staff were very friendly and provided good service. The rooms were clean and suitable for our weekend stay. We enjoyed the restaurant.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. It was very warm in there after a shower and hard to hold the door ajar for air. The room rate also seemed high for a weekend stay, especially adding in the non-complementary breakfast.

The hotel was close to the event we were attending and super close to Target and other stores.The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.

There was not enough lighting in the junior suite, which made it difficult to read a book. Had I been there for work purposes, there wouldn’t have been enough lighting to work from my computer or take virtual meetings. Most of the light came from the natural lighting from having the curtains drawn but wasn’t enough lighting for the lounge area.

The Satff, from welcoming to the use of the facilities everyone and everything was fantastic! The cleaning staff was so professional and did an excellent job in my Suite. The Breakfast Buffet had choices to appeal to everyones needs. 😋

There wasn't anything that I didn't like during my stay.

I was not expecting the property to be so beautiful inside like it was outside!! The hotel was super clean. The room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only dislike I have is that our thermostat stop working but we spoke to the general manager and he was helpful!

My husband loved using the indoor pool and I love that it is pet friendly hotel. The small detail such as on the tv screen welcoming me by my name. Rooms were good size I thought it would be really small. Breakfast was very good

I think the restaurant menu for lunch/dinner could improve. I had a pepperoni flatbread pizza and Cesar salad and was not really impressed. Not enough moving carts, my husband had to make 2-3 trips to the car to bring things up to the room.

Excellent Breakfast Staff ! The best service ever! Very friendly , helpful , and thoughtful! The server I had , had greg hair , or light hair ! Please give her this feedback ! God Bless Her!

The bathroom downstairs didn’t work , and the elevator .

It was New Years Eve and the bar didn't open. Said we could go to the hotel next door that they were open. Booked this room due to the bar and having stayed before. If it was posted that the bar would be closed we would have booked elsewhere

The secluded location of the hotel, the cordial staff (even at the sister property across the parking lot, Doubletree), clean room, peaceful night's sleep

The sink drainage seemed to be slightly clogged; view of my room on the 2nd floor was the roof

The rooms were clean. Entry was inviting. It didn't have a stale-wet smell from the a/c unit. Staff was very friendly. Even the fitness center worked properly.

I have no complaints about this property.

I belive their was a wedding party going on while I was staying at your hotel, they were a little noisy early in the am, but not too bad
