The property was great, it’s a great location and very close to the Lenovo center (PNC Arena). It was affordable and clean and the staff was very nice.

The parking situation at night wasn’t great. A lot of people would take up two spots or park crooked, which made it hard to park next to them. I ended up having to park somewhere that wasn’t even a real parking spot because that’s what the hotel staff member working told me to do. Even though it’s not really the property’s fault, the hotel staff should be able to call the guest’s room and ask them to move their car or park it better.

I loved that it wasn’t too far from the Hunt Complex. I also loved the staff. They were helpful and kind. Todd handled the breakfast each morning we were there. He was wonderful. He was engaging and helped in anyway he could. He also made really good coffee, which was great for those early morning feedings at the horse complex. Also, the pillows on the king size bed were normal size, not like other hotels where the pillows feel like a little square.

I didn’t like that it was older. The shower curtain in our bathroom was peeling and looked like it needed to be replaced. The pull out couch bed was not too comfortable to sleep on. The air unit in our room stayed on, but we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler though it was set to 65 degrees.

Clean, comfortable room, with a nice desk/work space, good lighting (so long as you know about the master switch on the wall when you walk in) and a decent amout of hangout space as well (couch, etc.) - I'd happily stay here again.

The doors slam a little loudly, but it didn't bother me too much. There are also some whining noises that come from the pipes sometimes, but again, nothing major.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating, especially the young man serving breakfast by himself. Everything was well stocked up until the end, and I don't know how he was able to keep fresh bacon out the whole time, lol, but that's a win for me, lol.

The fact that they have construction going on now is the only inconvenience.

The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Denise (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) and Sasha were the best hotel staff I've ever encountered, and went above and beyond to accommodate us even when we ran into really bizarre problems (the kind that aren't the fault of the hotel). They helped us book an extra night when we decided to change our plans even though we originally booked online, and made sure we were comfortable. They even called the room to check that it was up to our standards when we first got into it, offering unprompted to move us to a different room if it wasn't.

The breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other hotels I've stayed at in this price range, but honestly that's not that big a deal and there's a McDonald's a short walk away so it didn't bother us.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Especially the morning concierge Todd. He made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to have someone to take their time to make sure just not our breakfast was good but that our stay was welcomed. We will definitely be back for a stay on our next trip. Thank you!

The courtesy that was given.was tremendous. The staff treated I and everyone else as if they were family. Todd was instrumental in how the lounge/dining area was conducted. He made sure that everything was fully stocked. The rooms also were clean and fully stocked. Thank You for given I and my family a great experience.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice property very nice staff breakfast was good the room was clean The breakfast staff was very nice the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating I would definitely rebook at this property

My only issue was the headboards needed dusting but that seems to be an issue with multiple hotels not just this one

The breakfast was good The location was fine. Room was clean Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The shower wasn't senior friendly, only one bar to hold on to. The bathroom sink was hard to open and close and the water splashed all over.

Felt safe, was very clean. Staff was friendly.

There was what sounded like a vacuum starting around 6 in the morning. The hvac unit needs the ability to just run, without making the temp go up or down.
