I loved that it wasn’t too far from the Hunt Complex. I also loved the staff. They were helpful and kind. Todd handled the breakfast each morning we were there. He was wonderful. He was engaging and helped in anyway he could. He also made really good coffee, which was great for those early morning feedings at the horse complex. Also, the pillows on the king size bed were normal size, not like other hotels where the pillows feel like a little square.

I didn’t like that it was older. The shower curtain in our bathroom was peeling and looked like it needed to be replaced. The pull out couch bed was not too comfortable to sleep on. The air unit in our room stayed on, but we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler though it was set to 65 degrees.

The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Denise (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) and Sasha were the best hotel staff I've ever encountered, and went above and beyond to accommodate us even when we ran into really bizarre problems (the kind that aren't the fault of the hotel). They helped us book an extra night when we decided to change our plans even though we originally booked online, and made sure we were comfortable. They even called the room to check that it was up to our standards when we first got into it, offering unprompted to move us to a different room if it wasn't.

The breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other hotels I've stayed at in this price range, but honestly that's not that big a deal and there's a McDonald's a short walk away so it didn't bother us.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Especially the morning concierge Todd. He made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to have someone to take their time to make sure just not our breakfast was good but that our stay was welcomed. We will definitely be back for a stay on our next trip. Thank you!

The courtesy that was given.was tremendous. The staff treated I and everyone else as if they were family. Todd was instrumental in how the lounge/dining area was conducted. He made sure that everything was fully stocked. The rooms also were clean and fully stocked. Thank You for given I and my family a great experience.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice property very nice staff breakfast was good the room was clean The breakfast staff was very nice the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating I would definitely rebook at this property

My only issue was the headboards needed dusting but that seems to be an issue with multiple hotels not just this one

There was what sounded like a vacuum starting around 6 in the morning. The hvac unit needs the ability to just run, without making the temp go up or down.

Front desk young lady was absolutely fantastic. The young man that handles the breakfast, Todd was absolutely fantastic, he was very nice, spoke with us and interacted with us. No other hotel has a person fixing the breakfast like him.

We booked this out of desperation because the other hotel was so disgusting. Should’ve booked this first! Excellent rooms, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Oh and decent work out room!

The only thing I’d mention would be that both elevators were broken the day we checked out. Supposedly maintenance was called.

The room was super clear, bed super comfy and the staff were very helpful! I stayed here for the Rod Wave concert and the convenience was phenomenal!

The phone in our room didn't work.

When we arrived we only had one king bed in the room without a sofa bed I went to the front desk to inquire about the sofa bed. Without questioning they found another room that had two beds. Amazing customer service will definitely be back. Thank you Dorrell Shoulders.
