Everything was very good. The room was very clean and quiet. Checking in was smooth and took very little time. They were patient with me bc my bank wanted to act dumb with my card. Breakfast was amazing!

The TV in the room was weird. My bf usually brings his game system and hooks it up. That turned out fine until we realized we couldnt turn the volume up or down. So we were scared it was too loud. And we couldnt access YouTube or Netflix from the TV with the apps on the TV.

Breakfast was great. good selection of hot food. very clean. friendly staff. good location; about 15 minutes from everywhere we went in Raleigh. fire pit out back. fitness room nicely appointed.

not that i was in a rush on check in but did have to wait about 5 minutes to be assisted; there was no one at the front desk. smoking 'area' very close to the front door

Very quick and easy check in process. The desk clerk was very helpful and professional with the checking in process. The rooms were top tier in cleanliness. Room was very nice and up to date. Definitely top notch!

I didn’t like the housekeepers making extremely loud noises while cleaning other rooms. It was 10:30am and we had a late night and was trying to sleep in, but was woken by very loud housekeepers. Other than the housekeepers disturbing our rest, everything else was great .

Friendly staff upon check-in/out. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and grab-n-go options. Tea/Coffee stand was accessible 24/7. CLEAN rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Functional kitchenette and great iron/board. Highest floor room (5th) request was granted upon online request.

A few ‘minute’ things: Walls seemed thin and neighbors could be heard speaking at times if hvac system is not running. Dining hall (floor/table/chairs) could be cleaned more consistently between guests. Parking lot can be tricky (particularly when arriving at night) since lot connects to two other hotels.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

Not initially getting the walk in showers previously requested. Toilets in one of the rooms still had toilet paper in the bowl, leaving us to wonder if it was cleaned at all. Probably not, since housekeeping was understaffed.

The room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast had many options, and overall the food was better than expected. There was a coffee and hot tea bar in the lobby that was great. The indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, the hotel facilities were all very nice, and I would stay here again!

The rooms, and lobby were very clean, and comfortable. The lobby had lemon or cucumber water available at all times. And a computer/printer set up and working for guests.

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear what’s happening in the hallway. But thankfully it wasn’t an issue.

The staff were amazing (particularly the front desk - morning and evening). The breakfast attendant was kind and thorough. We loved the lemon/lime infused water. The facility was well taken care of and clean! I loved the extra security (guests had to have a key) upon entry after a certain time. I felt safer! Location was ideal. I will rebook when I visit the area!

Not your fault but I was awakened at 1 am by people in room above us dropping things on the floor 6 or 7 times.over the course of 10 minutes. Very difficult to get back to sleep. Can’t imagine what the single loud thumps were.

I requested a shower chair because I am physically challenged. They did not provide one and there was not grab bar in the shower. Thank goodness the shower floor was not slippery. I showered quickly and got out.
