The property was great
I was double charged for my stay, resulting in 634 of my funds for food and leisure being unavailable for my entire stay. The hotel apologized but did nothing to make it right. Just told me my account was charged by mistake and it would be returned to my card in 3-5 business days. This did nothing to help me get through the weekend.

I loved that the location was walking distance to Dorothea Dix park and restaurants. Also the secure elevators.
The parking was a little confusing at 1st but we figured it out

Location, staff, value! Great room, great staff, Loved the balcony at the bar. There is a great Mexican restaurant right next door and just a short walk to Village District.

Cleanliness and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great!
Light from sink too bright for person still sleeping in bed. Not an actual door to bathroom. Had to have room key to get ice and go downstairs.

The bed was super comfortable. The location was excellent.
The cost was far more than I would expect to pay for a chain hotel in a city like Raleigh.

Hotel was in a great area. Bar in lobby was a great hang out for friends.
The hotel was way under staffed. The one lady worked the main desk, bartended, answered all the phone calls and even went into the kitchen when someone ordered mozzarella sticks. She was amazing, but naturally there was a wait for drinks at the bar.

Could not be happier with the hotel staff and bartender (Robin) duirng our stay. VERY accomodating! The room was very quiet. MUCH better than our last stay.
The shower we took Friday night (both my husband's and mine) were COLD - no hot water... and same with Saturday morning! :(
