It was a nice stay, clean, the only problem which is possibly structure or insulation on the first floor it was loud could hear talking in the dining area and people working but the very nice lady at the desk had us on the second floor but due to no elevator would have meant several trips to the car instead of using the cart to bring all our belongings up at once. The lady was extremely accommodating switching our room to the first floor however she said it is noisier on the first floor. Due to no elevator she said we would not be charged the extra that a downstairs room is usually charged.

It’s clean, and neat. I like that. And I like how the towels are folded by the sink. I have never seen it like that (I’m not well traveled), so I thought it was cool. I also hate elevators and escalators. So stairs are a plus.

Nothing bad to say, I only went because it was the middle of the night. All I needed was the bed and I jus just that!

The staff- they exhibited the three Ps; very personable, polite and professional. Thank you kindly. The room was nice and roomy and the bed was comfortable. Although the mattress at the headboard end was tilted downward, and I slept (w/my head at the foot of the bed), it was still comfy. The hotel was also quiet, which we appreciated, 😊.

The limited breakfast items. It was basically cereal, juices and waffles- not even a piece of fruit to eat or yogurt. Believe me, I respect and understand that after the pandemic, hiring help has been scarce; like hiring a cook or preparer of food (eggs, etc)- not much, but something other than strictly carbohydrates. However, the coffee was good, my husband and I enjoyed a cup of two. Thanks for listening. 😊

The property was nice, everything was clean & convenience for my stay!

There were no instructions for the tv remote! I went to the front desk to see if I could get assistance but got none. The gentleman working said he would try to find time, he did not!

Cleanliness, value, comfort, location, restaurant facilities nearby.

Breakfast was too limited. No eggs, meat, buns, sweet rolls. Basically cereal or bread with jelly, though option to make a waffle was there.

All the staff were helpful; for example when I needed to put the TV remote back to the right settings the clerk came rt down.

The area around the on/off button was dirty as well as the wall closest to the shower.

The staff was so pleasant and attentive when I needed assistance and it was close to where I needed to be for my families 70th family reunion

Breakfast only had cereal and a waffle machine

The metal bed you cannot move a lot it makes too much noise. I don’t think that’s a good idea to put a metal bed in a hotel

Breakfast was acceptable and the coffee was delicious. The bed was comfortable and I loved that there was no carpeting. There is a darling cat that hangs around outside that is very friendly. We got to the hotel late at night and I felt very safe here.

I love it when they serve oatmeal for breakfast, but for the price of the room, I get it.
