The property was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. They had a variety of foods for the morning and it was a very comfortable and peaceful atmosphere.

We didn’t like the fact that we had to find a parking space then go park in a parking garage and walk about a quarter of a mile to the parking garage. Especially, we were there on Friday night and left on Sunday so you didn’t see a parking space except in the parking garage. The block that the Hyatt was on, there were all restaurants on the block so the people were plentiful.

Checked in around 9 PM, the night desk attendant was phenomenal! Check in was seamless, and easy. Curbside parking (when a spot can be found) was convenient. We were unsure how to maneuver to the garage, even with directions. We opted to park directly outside the hotel on the street. Plenty of restaurants, not so much as to entertainment, but the ease of choices for brunch/lunch/dinner made our stay better

Our room was comfortable and spacious, but amenities lacked. For the amount, there should be access to toiletries in the bathroom. The iron was garbage. It leaked badly, scolded and barely worked. The ironing board is old and barely usable. Update these ASAP! The room and sitting room lighting is too dim, needs better bulbs.

Liked the amenities, most of the staff, loved that the pool had a handicapped lift and that there were some special needs employees. Breakfast was ok but had plenty of options. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Didn't like that we were told at check in and also said on the room door that light housekeeping would be after every second night. No one came the third day and when asked (at the front desk) was told it is provided if you ask for it. By then we were checking out . At least we got fresh towels at the pool to use out there.

Clean and great location

The lady at the breakfast bar kept harassing my children asking them if they have a room there !! So unprofessional!! They had on pajamas at 7am eating breakfast! She asked them 3 questions different times as they were getting eating!! Do you have a room here? What’s your room number? They didn’t remember the number so they showed her the room key just for her to back off ! My twin boys are 16 they took their little sister which was 6 year old to eat breakfast while we slept in! Please don’t ask children if they have a room and not ask adult I feel like my children were targeted because they said she didn’t ask nobody else those questions!

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for our one night stay. The breakfast was generous and easy to access. The hotel was full of families and dogs, which was great for feeling at home with our sometimes noisy toddler!

The location was great for our needs, but the actual experience in the neighborhood is very busy. I needed more guidance on parking. We could hear the band playing on the green from our room - not an issue for us as we travel with a noise machine, but just FYI!

I stayed here for only 1 night for an event that was happening in the PNC Arena. The travel distance was short to it as well, it was only 11 minutes away. When I first walked in, the hotel took my breath away. Everything was super clean and the staff were very welcoming. The check in process was smooth and I had no problem getting in my room in a timely manner. The room was also very clean and exceeded my expectations. I had enough room for my son and my friend who traveled with me. We had the complimentary breakfast the next day and everything tasted amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and I would love to come back again if I visit Raleigh again!

The staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect and had plenty of restaurants/things to do within walking distance.   The breakfast was good and convenient.

The bathroom in the room had grout still (which can be very hard to clean sometimes) and in the corners of the shower you could see black mildew built up. Everything else about the stay was great and the staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful!

Everything about it was amazing! The location was fabulous, the food spots around are great and it's walking distance which is another plus! From the hotel lobby to the room it was absolutely amazing. Anytime i come to Raleigh I will always be booking here :)

The bed and pillows. That's really it. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like it to be and the pillows seemed kinda flat but overall the visit was great!

The room was spacious and clean. Super comfortable sofa and bed. Large, clean bathroom. Well-stocked kitchenette. It is a fantastic location with several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

There is no dedicated parking for the hotel. Due to its location, there's only street parking or a small parking lot beside the hotel. All the parking spots are shared with the neighboring stores and restaurants, so you'll have to hope to find a decent spot.

We enjoyed the rotating citrus water, the pillows on the bed, and the location. Nearby was a Harris Teeter, several restaurants and delivery available was vast.

The check-in/out process. During check-in the proper rooms were not reserved. During checkout I asked for a receipt and was advised that the property did not have the ability to provide a receipt.
