Location. Near shopping and nice selection of restaurants. Came into town for a concert at Walnut Creek Amphitheater- just a short drive away. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well comfortable. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Hotel was quiet and felt very safe. Free breakfast was a bonus. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area to socialize and chat with friends.

No safe in room. Parking was difficult later in the evening. Some visitors did not park straight blocking 2 spots. There were large cars and trucks in spots that should be reserved for smaller and normal sized cars.

I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast however there were a variety of foods, drinks and fruit available, and the coffee bar had many options for coffee, tea and creamers. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the bathroom and entire facility was clean, we appreciated that streaming services were offered on the TV, and that breakfast was free. The firepit looked relaxing but we didn't get outside to use it. The staff quickly gave me an extra key when I was accidently locked out on my early coffee run.

In town for a comic con, this place was far enough away it didn't attract too many con goers, so it was very quiet and not too crowded. The location was nice right across from shopping centers with food places and a Wegmans. It looked very updated inside, in house bar, and a little snack shop, microwaves and fridges in the rooms were a plus.

Only stayed one night so couldn't find much not to like, the breakfast was free, however it was still lacking, I could have used some eggs with cheese and the juice dispenser wasn't working. The two waffle makers saved it tho... 👍🏾👌🏾

The room was very clean. Everyone was very welcoming. We were able to check in early.

Upon check in there was an issue with payment, instead of trying to run my card manually as directed by senior staff, my individual had me run my card up to 6+ times and made a point to make it seem like I didn't have the funds to stay at the establishment. Once the senior staff took over and my card was accepted he was the only one to offer an apology for how things were handled. I went our of my way to avoid staff after the initial encounter until checkout.

The breakfast was not great for what I had assumed for the the reviews . No regular eggs but eggs frata which for kids is pretty terrible to eat . Vanilla flavor waffle machine was broken so only cinnamon was available , so breakfast for us was not that special. The breakfast area itself was small . The room layout was super weird . The workout areas was very small .

The hotel was in a perfect spot..... Close to restaurants and stores.. the convention center was within 15 minutes.... The corner room was perfect. There was plenty of space and many places to store your things.the breakfast was delicious and had many options ...they also have a bar that is open until 10 pm ... The shower was perfect . The shower head was placed higher than a normal shower so people who are tall will enjoy it.

The TV in the room did not work . The seating arrangement for breakfast was small.

Very nice hotel, room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Used the App to check in and out and as my room key so I had no interaction with staff at all. They did greet me upon arrival. Did not utilize the breakfast (slept in) but appreciate that coffee is always available! Wish I had more time to utilize the lovely patio area and exercise facility but I was in town for a concert and arrived late.

The cost was a little pricy but all hotels are now high. No other complaints!

I love this whole experience of this hotel. The breakfast was great! Plenty of choices and food was tasteful. The dining area was really clean and the staff was constantly cleaning the food area. Checking in was easy and we had no issues with checking out. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. The room actually smelled fresh when we walked in and the air conditioning was spot on. The step in glass door shower was great with shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash already on the wall for you to use.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location is perfect – convenient and central. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Joe and other front desk personnel are wonderful. They greet you and truly listen on any accomodations you may need. They always ensure the facilities are clean, no matter the time of my check in. They are consistent in their service.
